I am not a Highlands Propane customer, my house uses natural gas ... But 2 of the employees came onto my property, and loudly knocked on doors and windows .. when met with no answer, they than realised the mistake and went to the ACTUAL address next door ? Not Appreciated at all!

I had my hot water tank replaced and changed to a gas one yesterday. Being a tenant at my residence I was not the one who set this all up but I was the one who dealt with the employees in my house and I had to come on here and rave about how amazing Mike was and how comfortable he made me having 2 men in my home that I don't know from Adam and being a single mom. He was friendly, informative and efficient. Not only did he make me feel comfortable but I know that the job was done right as he came back on his own time to check plus came back again today to caulk a vent that the other employee missed. Highlands is lucky to have Mike as an employee!

Was a great company to deal with until it was sold to Superior.Had the fan on our fireplace go out just after Christmas, called to get it serviced by a Highlands technician only to have Superior try to outsource it to a third party. Finally got a Highlands technician to service our unit - which I have no complaints with the service.Fast forward a few weeks - received our invoice in the mail which is addressed to both myself and my husband, called to make the payment only to be put on hold at Superior for 20 minutes and have the lady on the phone inform me that I wasn't on the account and wouldn't be able to access any information without my husband's consent. She then proceeded to call my husband at work to ensure that I could be added to the account (which already had my name when it was Highlands and produced my name on the invoice). Needless to say the customer service and accounting organization is less than desirable since the switch.

Hyland propane was great .Now superior ,on hold forever ,no customer service there at all now.What a joke ,don't respond back by saying email us and leave a number .Would rather talk to the originals with there great local customer service.

We used more than usual amont of propane and ran out. Jackie and the team mobilized so fast to get us more propane and helped us to ensure our furnace was working. Such excellent customer service!

Prices have jumped I think because prices have gone up everywhere but since being bought by Superior I've come close to running out a few times.

It was a great company until they became part of superior propane. Was on hold for over 30 mins waiting to speak to someone, then finally a customer representative came on, I asked were she was answering from and she said Montréal not from FENELON FALLS. What happened to speaking to a local person. I was a customer for about 5 and half years now planning to switch companies.

I called Saturday last and asked for a delivery indicating I was at zero on both tanksIt’s Tuesday still no delivery…was promised a delivery for MondayI was told emergency deliveries not available for will call customers.I guess there are 2 classes of customers.It seemed to me that they are deliberately starving me so I go on an auto fill arrangement.Very nasty tactics.Just got a delivery it’s Tuesday.So I was only chained to my wood stove for 3.5 daysNotice company replies to posts.They sure know how to read their rule book to the customer. Heaven help you if you aren’t up north to read your tank levels then you take your chances with this company. Be sure to take the name of everyone you talk to as no one seems accountable for promises made but not kept.

I was quite happy with the service UNTIL AND WITHOUT WARNING they sold to Superior Propane! Now I am forced to find a new provider! My experiences with Superior Propane were nonetheless POOR!

If I could give negative 1000 stars I would. Your empty tanks will be ready for pickup tomorrow afternoon. Amazing how another propane company can swap out tanks perform mandatory inspections and fill tanks in under 24hrs. And you need 5 business days to serve your customer... .I should say former c customer

I am a Trailer Park Resident, I ordered a larger tank end of May, finally installed and passed inspection early July. Pilot light lit by technician but after that We were unable to light it, asked for a service call to sort out the Problem, waited 3.5 weeks after numerous calls to Highland with little response. Technician finally came to tell me I needed a New Water Heater, no date given for service said He would check to see if one was available, Never got back to me then appeared one morning 2 weeks later with a New One. Installation went well, but I have no idea of the cost and never received any paperwork. I called Highland to get some receipts for the costs but never called me back. I am one very dissatisfied Customer!!!

Requested a quote to purchase, install and supply all necessary components to hook up my new propane dryer. Technician came to my property and we discussed multiple ways to go. As well as updating my existing regulator for my propane oven/stove with a new one. Professional guy. However, the company calls back to advise me they don't want the job???? Only vague excuses NOT to do the job. Everything I wanted was NEW, not used or requesting them to cut any corners. The one star was for the technician.
