On time, pleasant, clean. Also, a fairly relaxing environment.

The negligence and gas lighting at Dr. Johnson’s office is not just unprofessional but dangerous. Not only did Tammy make accessing healthcare as difficult as possible, but upon arrival, she argued that we did not make any appointment, even after I showed her the call log indicating that I had indeed spoken to her. As the other receptionist was recording the conversation, Tammy dropped the condescension, but still repeated one ridiculous excuse after another, even trying to blame me. I cannot in good conscience allow my mother to be treated by such a cruel and inept healthcare team.Kawartha North Family Health TeamThe health of the community is in your hands. When you hear of people slipping through the cracks, or paperwork going missing, it's because of this level of unchecked incompetence.

Exceptional clinic with great clinicians who go above and beyond what is required of them. But easily the best part of this clinic is the unbelievably welcoming & friendly staff.

The receptionist really needs to rethink her career choice. What a horrid human

Dr. Jacob is the best Dr anyone could ever ask for. Bright, honest, listens and there when you really need her. The staff is equally amazing. My husband feels the same way. We were so lucky she came to this area just about the same time we moved here. Thank you Dr. Jacob.

I switched towns and needed a new doctor desperately. Dr. Jacob's has ran more tests on me and discovered some underlying issues that I have had for years, but was just medicated. She's a great and thorough doctor. Much better than the one I had of 15 years. As for the comments about the receptionist? They have always been kind and very courteous towards me.

I have been a registered patient of this medical clinic since it opened and have found they will meet your every need. On occasion my nurse practitioner has felt it necessary to send me to emerg. in Lindsay( a 20 minute drive) and always lets them know you are on your way. They evaluate, prescribe, order tests, refer to specialists and make certain you are looked after. It is not a walk in clinic, however they do run one on Fridays for clients and non clients alike, across the street at the drugstore.

Went to Ross, lindsay's hospital, after waiting 2.5 hours we walked out. Dr. Jacobs office fit me in...it was a emergency for my son. Ross hospital should be closed. Thank u to the office staff, nurse and the wonderful Dr. Jacobs. It was a nice surprise that people do care.

I changed from my doctor of 15 years to Dr. Jacob. She did more for me in a few visits than my previous doctor did in 15 years. Dr. Jacob is awesome! The average wait time is maybe 10 minutes whereas as my previous doctor was at least an hour or more. So glad I switched.

Smells badly like mold, never feel welcome. Dr is nice but waiting time is ridicules, always wait at least an hour for a 5 mims appoinment. Very discouraging.

If you have an emergency (i.e. a 2" gash on your head and bleeding) the receptionist will turn you away because of office policy (if you are not a patient or have an appointment, the doctor will not see you). She didn't offer any assistance except to tell you to travel to Lindsay (45 minutes away for an emergency), not even to say, "maybe" you could register as a new patient or check with the doctor to see if he's willing to spare a couple of minutes to help. What ever happened to helping a fellow human? The reception is heartless, as is/are the doctor(s) for making this policy. Do you really want these people treating or "caring" for you or your loved ones? Simply heartless.
