“I had my hot water tank replaced and changed to a gas one yesterday. Being a tenant at my residence I was not the one who set this all up but I was the one who dealt with the employees in my house and I had to come on here and rave about how amazing Mike was and how comfortable he made me having 2 men in my home that I don't know from Adam and being a single mom. He was friendly, informative and efficient. Not only did he make me feel comfortable but I know that the job was done right as he came back on his own time to check plus came back again today to caulk a vent that the other employee missed. Highlands is lucky to have Mike as an employee!”
