I highly recommend Thompson-Hartle in Fenelon Falls, ON. I received a great quote for some hood repairs and detailing. The work was done on time and my car looked brand new! Great communication and service, and they even drove me home and picked me up again when my car was ready. Excellent company!

We recently had our van in for hail repairs that took place Aug 2023. After trying to work with a number of well known companies referred to us by insurance, we were frustrated by the lack of response or timeliness to book the work. We found Thompson and Hartle as they were referred to us by a work colleague and also approved by our insurance company. I cannot say enough for how impressed we are with both the service a quality of work that was provided to us. Luke and team were thorough, careful, thoughtful and dedicated to excellent customer service. Would highly recommend their services! Thank you!

We had someone hit us in a parking lot. It appeared our side bumber & mud flap were damaged. We like very much to support small town small businesses with good reviews so we took it to Thompson-Hartle Autobody. That was the 1st & very best thing we could have done. We called made appointment to get an estimate got in the same day. They looked at was going on with it, took it in the shop right there & then & fixed it no problem. This is to us 110% the best customer experience.

Unbelievable attention to detail and level of service!!!The car I brought to them had over 250 hail dents, cracked windshield and other issues as a result of a large hailstorm. This car is very near and dear to my heart, and is a very rare model. They unfortunately were not able to get replacement parts with it being so rare so they were forced to pull all of the dents. They ran into a number of complications as it had been in a previous accident with subpar work.(Was not Thompson Hartle that repaired it the first time.) they were able to problem solve every one of these issues. The final result was perfection. Every line every gap in every panel was perfect. The paint was identical to the factory Mercedes paint with without any blemishes or orange peeling. To top it all off, the car was returned to me, completely detailed inside and out. I was absolutely astonished at the level of service that was provided and cannot possibly explain how grateful I am for what they did.

We highly recommend this excellent company for their personalized services, knowledge, competence, resourceful attitude and excellent customer service even during a busy period like Christmas time!We did regret of not using them from the beginning!Our car got hit in April 2023. Our insurance did bullied us to use Carstar in Lindsay.Our experience with Carstar was extremely unpleasant. They dragged the simple repair over a period of 8 months (repair still unfinished in December 2023), coming up with all kind of excuses and lies. The receptionist even hanged up while we were talking over the phone. The repair bill was over $7k.As per Dec 2023 our car wasn't completely fixed!Because of the really bad service at Carstar we even changed insurance company!In December, we decided to call Luke at Thompson -Hartle Auto Body in Fenelon Falls. We wanted to finish the car repair once for all.Luke was just amazing! He was so resourceful and creative that our car was completely fixed within a week!!!We are so grateful for their competence and sense of urgency! Thanks Luke you are the best!If you are in the kawartha lakes area and you need a body shop go to Thompson -Hartle Auto Body!!!They are honest people who cares and knows how!??☀️??
