BEWARE this company offering TV service. Owner wants you to pay upfront either 6 months or 12 months in advanced. I was kind to pay 12 months upfront. After 1 month I started having problems tv freezing up and channels being blacked out I tried many times to get this resolved but no response. Then told them I was fed up and quitting and had asked for a refund of 10 months no response at all. I guess Tony the owner needs the money that bad. Poor way to do business lesson learned never pay in advanced as I assume also that he takes payment in different way to avoid possibly claiming it. Good case for Canada Revenue to audit.. YES I AM OUT MY MONEY OF COURSE SCUM COMPANYS LIKE THIS

We've been with doc net since the beginning. We have never had any issues with his internet and Tony's great to deal with. I tell everyone I know ho great his business is. It's a small company that looks after you and makes sure your needs are met.
