Was at home waiting for important medication to arrive. The delivery driver did not attempt to deliver at all. They did not knock, and did not ring the doorbell, and only left a Delivery Notice. This is incredibly frustrating as now I'm forced to wait an extra day for medication I was supposed to start today.

The weekend hours of this location are ridiculous. Why are they SO much shorter than ALL other locations??? Unreal and completely inconvenient!

Though not a fan of Shoppers Drug Mart, I continue, and will continue to use this post office as long as Deby and Amanda are here. They always take care of their customers and are very knowledgeable! As long as they are here, I will always be a customer!

They close at 6 and have a full line up of people and just leave a sign and no one working the desk. Very poor service.

I sat here waiting for my package and watched the status online telling me it is coming but nobody came. Then after 4pm I got an email telling me to pick it up at the post office. Waste of a whole day.

Absolutely incompetent. Was only sent a final notice for a parcel on the final day it said to pick up, AFTER checking in 5 different times in the days leading up to this. Was very swiftly returned to sender without hesitation the final day which I went to pick it up. These people couldn't run a hot dog stand

Show up with 2 out of 3 packages but leave the one that’s been sitting there for 3 days and don’t allow us to pick it up. Never had a pleasant experience with them

They never knock when they deliver packages just run off. I know because I see them do it with my own eyes. Leave slips saying pick it up after 1pm. Drive down and nope even at 4pm it’s not ready to pick up. I go 3 hours later than they say and still not available for pick up. Unorganized and waste of my time.
