Wow!I have been to a few auto mechanic shops to get some sort of answer of what was wrong with my vehicle, and each shop was either trying to upsell, or make stuff up. Needless to say, the mechanic Brian at this location figured it out in five mins and saved me a ton of money, but most importantly my time.I also enjoyed walking around the store while my car was in the shop. You can tell this store has started to make huge updates and it makes it easier to shop. Love to see the store changing in all the best ways!Not one employee was standing around, they were all working hard and taking pride in their projects around the store. Not to mention their smiles were contagious. ?Great job to the Fergus store, you have my business!

Had the displeasure of interacting with a sales associate named Simona. It is concerning when a staff member representing the company is actively trying to be confrontational and intimidate customers. Please remind this staff that she is customer facing. I do not expect outstanding service by any means, but clearly hating your job and taking it out on customers should never be ok. I will be sticking to home hardware and amazon for now on. Happy to elaborate on this issue with corporate.

Booked an oil change. First appointment and only took 1.5 hours. Wasn’t busy so no excuse whatsoever. I won’t be back.

Typical Canadian Tire. They have most things you would expect a Canadian Tire to have. You just need to find the sales because regular pricing is very inflated.

I asked one of the guys in the paint department some advice for a good roller to paint the ceiling. He redirected me to another guy that apparently knowns the paint department better. That guy actually gave me THE WORST paint roller that they sell. After using the foam split roller, I was very disappointed so I decided to check the reviews and it had the lowest score. I admit I could have done my research but just the fact that I was recommended this roller is very disappointing. I suggest you do some research before buying because these guys don't know what they are talking about.

Had an issue with a tire. Even with them swamped and back locked 2 weeks they were so helpful to me in the automotive service department and saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you!

One of the best stores to deal with. Always friendly customer service and the girl we tend to deal with at the Customer Service desk (name starts with a K) has always gone above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to her, managing a customer service team myself I know it's hard to find people like this these days.

I understand there is new ownership here. I suggest you hire cashiers that are happy in the job who are friendly and smile. The last few times I have been to the store the cashiers have been short and rude.

Guy in automotive with dark brown hair and beard and glasses (Operator #1111) is a moron. Extremely rude and dismissive, and had earbuds in and then complained he couldn’t hear us. Asked for a 1/4 hose and he gave us a 5/16. Huge difference. If you go to to Automotive make sure you aren’t dealing with him. Save your time and energy and your sanity as well.

Manager is very unreasonable. I bought and paid for an order on line. When I arrived from 1/2 hour away I realized I had left my phone at home. I had government ID and the credit card I used to puchase the item. She told us without the pin code that is emailed to the buyer we couldnt pick up our item. Apparently this is for MY protection?I had the credit card that was printedon the receipt. I feel there was room for human flexibility. In the end I used someone else's phone to access my email. This was not my first difficult encounter at this store. There are nicer Canadian Tire Stores. The clerk, Ellen who served us was very nice.
