“The “Mermaid in Elora” is our favourite shopping spot downtown. It has an eclectic atmosphere with its varied selection of unique items. It is located in an old house built in 1869 so there’s lots of rooms to explore. You can spend quite a bit of time in there shopping. Definitely a place worth visiting.”

“My absolute favourite stop for unique and one of a kind pieces. I shop here for holidays, birthdays, and for myself on any day. Most of my favourite household items are from One and Only. Bonus: the refill station for your green cleaning products is fabulous and so easy to use. Truly one of the best curated offerings of local handicrafts, art and practical items. I recommend this place to friends anytime they are coming to Fergus and it never disappoints!”
