The people there are really nice, the prices on everything is very reasonable, the inside of the shop looks well organized, and very professional, I was very impressed, if you need a new computer these guys are awesome, they have refurbished laptops, many of them are very affordable and will last you, a $400 laptop from ICS will last way longer than a brand new budget model, highly recommend.

Well I went to get my computer Hard drive Fixed and the technician tolled me that it would take about 5 minutes.\nHe did take about 5 minutes but it was NOT fixed to work on my computer, so I called him back and he said I would be charged a second time. So I flipped out and told him that I was not Paying for a second time and hung up the phone. I then phoned the owner of the Business and he said that I would have to pay the second time and I said are you kidding me ,and he said no I am not and I do NOT what you to come around here any more, **** *****

Jeremy and the guys are wonderful at providing efficient and superior customer service. Rates are amazing and we are so happy with our laptops and tablets. Such a seamless transition from a broken product to a new one. All my photos and information is there! All shipped to our home 2.5 hours away. We will be hoping he stays in business forever.
