Jenn was incredible, she really took the time to talk to me about my mortgage options and answer all of my many (many) questions. She helped set my mind at ease during a stressful time and got us set up with a mortgage situation we are happy with. She is kind, patient, and understanding. My experience with Jenn was truly exceptional. Jenn patiently took her time to educate me through my many questions, and carefully clarify all the technical mortgage wording/terms. Throughout the journey she was personable, responsive, and worked hard to find me an amazing rate. I especially appreciate this as someone who went full time self-employed only a year before my application, and needed a lot of proof to prove to lenders I was a worthy borrower.
