Used the dog wash facility. They had towels, shampoo, treats and everything needed to give a proper shower to our pup. Friendly staff, we got there close to the store closing time. So we almost don’t get allowed to wash our dog. But they made an exception for us as we just had an emergency with our pup while hiking in the area. Thank you!

I have a dog with eating issues. Pet Valu in Fergus has an incredible selection of high end and medicinal type dog foods and their staff are very knowledgeable on all the brands and which ones would be better for your pet and why. The rest of the shop is stocked to the ceiling with everything else you could possibly want for your pet.

Excellent customer services i had this one girl who helped me first time dog mama to wash my dog guided me through the name tag and treats she was babysitting me throughout my first dog walk through I felt so taken care of I didn't get her name but I will when I go in next time

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m in this store about once a month. I will no longer be returning now. Every time I come in, I am rarely greeted. I thought that is supposed to be part of job description with customer service. When I am ready to check out, I am given my change back from paying….I am not told a total, just money handed over. They don’t say have a nice day/night. Customer service is sooo poor on all aspects of everyone who works here. Absolutely disgusting this is how they treat some customers!

First time that we took our 5yr great dane in for her self dog wash! Immediately was greeted and welcomed by all staff with smiles and many compliments for our big girl. The self bathing was top notch, they had everything you need and both myself and my girl both appreciate that. Even when leaving she was getting so much attention and Pets, truly can't thank you all enough for such an incredible experience, we will be back for sure!

The store is great but Tracy who does the nail trimming is AMAZING! We saw multiple vets who couldn't get our dogs nails done (even with mild sedation) and she did it! She has worked with him several times and now he is way more manageable. She has the magic touch! (and the patience) It's an absolute steal for $12.

Dog wash closes almost an hour before the store closes - disappointing that the staff seems more concerned about leaving early than the customer.
