“I had a large parcel to ship and I came in with about 10 mins to close (I know I’m terrible) but Kartic at the UPS Store in Walmart went out of his way to help me get my package all ready to ship. He was friendly and helpful and even when I said oh gosh I didn’t know it was so close to the closing time he reassured me he was happy to help me with my package. It was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time and I will absolutely recommend this store to everyone I know for all your shipping and photo printing needs! Five Stars! Thank you again Kartic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I had a great experience with Saif at the UPS inside Walmart in Guelph. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. Saif made the process smooth and went above and beyond to assist me. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and he truly stands out for his positive attitude and commitment to doing an amazing job. Thank you, Saif, for your outstanding service!”
