Buddy behind the counter was on his phone and paying no attention to myself or my coworker. I had to correct him on the price of my order as he almost charged me double. Not shocked it was empty in there. Place sucks

The 5x9 trailer was parked on a hill and was covered in garbage. Once I removed the block holding the tire, the incline caused the trailer to roll down the hill and hit my car bumper. I called the store while trying to push the trailer back up the hill. The woman didn’t answer. I put the tongue of the trailer on the ground and went in the store to ask for help. My phone was still ringing and the woman was standing at the till ignoring the phone ringing. The woman had no idea how to put the trailer on and said she could not help. She told me to wait for someone else to come to the store to help. 15 minutes later, a by-standard helped me with the trailer but he had never put one on either. I will never rent a Uhaul from this location again. Absolute worst service and now my car is damaged.

I ordered a product online. The company shipped it through UPS. I wasn't home for the drop off so the driver brought it to this Quick Pick Variety in Fergus. I received Proof of Delivery from UPS indicating that my package was delivered and received by Patel. When I went to pick up my item there were disorganized boxes and envelopes strewn across the floor. I was told to sort through them myself to try to find mine. When I indicated that I didn't feel comfortable looking through other people's packages, the employee came to search as well. He could not find it, and despite my UPS delivery proof, he said it hadn't been delivered yet and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told they didn't have it. I shared the UPS tracking details indicating that Patel had signed for it and the employee became visibly uncomfortable. He made a call. He told me I should contact UPS to find my package. I have contacted UPS. They have indicated this is not their problem. Now where does this leave me? Paying for a product that I don't have as the shipping company also indicated it's not their issue. I would say that I don't recommend using this UPS location, but I wasn't even given a choice. I am STILL working on this, and who has time for that?! I'm supposed to be doing MY job, not someone else's. SO UPSETTTING!

Avoid this place! UPS packages are just thrown all over the floor throughout the store, staff were rude, and prices on drinks are NOT as indicated.
