The automated messages as soon as you call are very frustrating. I’d also rather partner with a bank that prioritizes and respects the land and Indigenous rights.

No follow up even after leaving messages with a mortgage advisor. When we called customer service they told us our request was already approved and that we would have to wait to hear back from our advisor at our branch.Add on: We changed our advisor at this branch and received much better service and follow up.

Love the Branch and Staff however hate the new automated telephone answering agent!!Tried to make an appointment to meet with my personal banker this morning and can no longer reach the small town Fergus Branch without suffering through unwanted bank advertising, account number entries and once finally connecting with a human answering all the question again.Finally hung up and visited the branch and made the appointment in person!New system sucks!!!!

Very Friendly and helpful team at this location the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the ATMs don't have the options that the TD ATMs have. other then that, the customer service rocks and there's always parking nearby in spite of this summers construction! Keep up the good work !

Be prepared to stay on the line and listen to a million sales pitch about going paperless, and login in to do your banking electronically - they lost all the personal touch and customer service, now you have to listen to bad music and unsolicited sales pitch. horrible.

Yes... the staff is friendly... too friendly... you have to wait 15 minutes in line to get to a bank teller because they're too busy talking to everyone about everything unrelated to banking. Visiting a bank these days is a complete waste of time...
