I have been enjoying this store for many years. It’s been a place my family & extended family know and trust entirely. They have repaired, repurposed and made special items for me and my daughters (thank you Paul!). I absolutely ADORE the staff (special shout out to Robin & Rachel) and I will forever be a supporter of Ron Wilkins for all my special moments & occasions where I can add to our family memories. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Both the Elora and Fergus locations are wonderful shops and have excellent customer service! Everyone was so lovely, especially Rachel who assisted my partner and in finding the perfect rings for our engagement. It felt like shopping with a knowledgeable friend. Shopping as a visibly queer couple can beer awkward, but Rachel was just so professional and friendly. Thanks!!

I asked if the jar of silver cleaner had a brush in it and was told "yes". I paid for it, got it home, opened it up and no brush! So disappointed!

It's not like buying jewellery when you visit Ron Wilkin Jewellers... It's like sharing an exciting secret with people who truly want to help you find "the perfect thing!" You tell any of the super knowledgable staff your budget and your special event and they pull out all of the stops to help and with all of their experience, they just get it every time! The stunning showrooms in both Fergus and Elora sparkle with gorgeousness and the energy of the amazing people that work there sparkles just as brightly. I love supporting local businesses and I go out of my way to do so. I stopped by Ron Wilkin Jewelers to purchase some earrings for Mother's Day.
The store was understandable busy but not one of the six employees on the floor acknowledged our existence. We stood in front of a jewelry case for several minutes without any staff members even looking our way.
It must be nice to be so busy that the staff can't even manage a hello.
Thanks Ron Wilkin Jewelers! I'll be shopping elsewhere!

I had 5 pieces of jewelry either repaired or sized. My experience was fantastic from drop off to pick up. Was given estimate and pictures of my jewelry at drop off, and I received a text message about 3 weeks later to say all work was complete. Every item had been cleaned and nice and shiny, when I picked them up. My old gold was purchased by the jeweller and used as a credit against my final bill. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

Graham, Lynn and the entire team are exceptional people. They care about their customers in a way that most retailers have forgotten. Highly personalized service. A special mention also to Claire who was very helpful during my most recent purchase.I've purchased a few things here over the last 4 years, but my most recent purchase was a special one, an engagement ring. Before I took possession of the ring they identified a setting issue and sent it back for resetting. I most likely would not have identified the issue on my own, that's how slight it was. When I experienced a follow up issue regarding the ring they remedied it promptly, and ensured my satisfaction of the outcome. In short, they sincerely care and work hard to exceed expectations.

The best jewellery store everFamily-owned, friendly caring employees, great selection. And if you jewellery sized or repaired, it's done perfectly, promptly and on location. I have purchased wedding rings, with diamonds, sterling silver jewellery, gifts, lab grown diamond dress rings etc. Had numerous items sized and repaired. I highly recommend Ron Wilkens to anyone. I have been a customer for over 20 years now and would never go anywhere else for my jewellery needs.
