I have purchased items over the past year and not once have I been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. So far I haven’t come across a candle scent I haven’t enjoyed.

I had the best ever customer care experience at The Scented Market.I had a problem entering a discount code which subsequently expired. I reached out and was answered immediately The expired code was honoured and entered for me on my order.And if that was not enough ,I received a text from Kristy saying “Hi Carroll,Thank you for doing business with the store”I love the Cashmere line of personal care productsWill definitely be a returning customer ?

Went to Fergus fr a long drive during this falls. Found this little and very well maintained shop while walking in d Fergus downtown, and thought of giving a try. Bght eucalyptus Lavender Roller perfume and now we r addicted to it. Thanks fr introducing this brand and products. Will b considering these whnvr we want to buy any presentations.

Sincerely disappointed with my purchase of a dough bowl candle. Less than half way through burning, my wicks all broke off and I could no longer burn the candle. I reached out via social media with pictures and not once was I apologized too or offered some type of compensation but instead it was suggested I purchase a wax burner for the remaining wax in the dough bowl. For a $43 candle, I am very disappointed with this service.

Very nice layout and easy to find all products. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. We were there during Fergus’ sip and shop and the carollers came into the store and sang for us! Great experience. We saw the owner on dragon’s den and were intrigued in both her products and her business acumen. We bought a small eucalyptus and lavender soy candle that smells wonderful! Can’t wait until we try it.

Great selection of candles, soaps bath bombs in so many delightful scents.Something for everyone. Staff is so helpful. "But first, coffee" candle is almost better than my beloved fist cup in the morning. Pop in and pick up a gift for someone they're sure to enjoy! Lovely aromatherapy for a difficult time of year and a great way to support our downtown merchants.

This place has a large selection of scents and a variety of great products. I really enjoy watching their bath bombs fizz in the tub and it makes the water smell and feel so good. I am happy to support this business whenever I need great bath products! Also love that they sell bunches of lavender and eucalyptus! You should check them out and try a bath bomb :)

Amazing customer service and amazing products! Left with the "Nana's Bread" candle and it is by far the best candle I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and spend some time in this lovely shop :)
