I went to this dealership for topping gas for my Honda civic. Later on, me and my family members used washroom. Customer attendant named Veer
insulted my family members and refused us from using the washroom. His behavior was so rude and kept mocking on us.
I strongly raise my voice, no to keep such kind of customer attendants in any of your dealerships.

Worst customer service in the reception. We have purchased red bull’s and few other items. We want to add points card for billing we asked to wait for couple for secs. At first she treated us well, But she refused to wait forcing us to pay the bill without waiting for points. We asked suspension and recall the bill but she refused to that. This not correct way to retreat the customer. I request kindly to management to take respective action.
It should be noted that we have made 100$ worth billing which includes fuel and snacks.
Purchased at 1:00PM approx on 28 July.

First one open Christmas morning coming from Tobermory to Toronto. The service was very friendly. Veer was very welcoming and cheerful.

Second time in the last month that I’ve arrived ten minutes before nine to find the place closed. Knocked on the door in full view of the young staff who just pretended that they were deaf. Not OK.

My husband and I stopped for gas, and we grabbed a pita. I have to say, this was the best idea ever. The pita was awesome. The 2 girls running the coffee shop/pita place were fantastic!
