My husband is close to 80 years old but doesn't need to look it. Always, the cut accentuates his age as it is an "old looking" style. Every time I ask him to correct this and when asked, they do. Why can't they do so without asking. Everyone wants to look younger and stylish!

I stopped in on Saturday and was blessed with the amazing Josie!! What a joy, a breath of fresh air. Her knowledge and personality really elevated the experience!! This place is so lucky to have her. I will be coming back for sure, only when she’s on staff though…. Thanks Josie!!

I had Heather today, she was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She took the time to speak with me and listen to the issues I was having with my hair and what I wanted to change. She cut my hair PERFECTLY and i couldn't be more happy. I will return to her for every cut in the future, and will be bringing all my ducklings for haircuts by her as well.

Today was the poorest cut ever there. One side blended well... the other not. The length on sides half what notes says. Side burns un even and not trimmed nicely to my face. I ware a part on the right so had to re trim the bangs.
Woman was friendly but skills did show well.
Only once in over ten years have I had the same cutter do my hair!
Convenient to just stop without an appointment but little consistency. Time to look elsewhere.

Reason to leave this review is for Josie who shouted at my daughter. She seems racist which is a horrible thing as we live in a multicultural country. Everytime we go in besides her everyone has smile and they are welcoming.
Josie is the only one I would never recommend or use her service!

Customer Service has been amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing and well spaced, I started coming to great clips as I was looking for a new place to get a hair cut and me being hearing impaired and wearing heading aids I had a few requests, Caitlin was my hair stylist and she's been amazing everytime I have gone in. I would strongly recommend checking them out and I myself will continue to happily go back.

I went for a Trim before my vacation, my hair that takes forever to grow is basically gone. What is left of my bangs is so uneven, and the sides are completely different. You can't "fix" it, it literally has to grow out. Sadly I'm a walking billboard for Great Clips now as everyone I know is shocked at how I look and how bad it is.
