Heather and her staff gave me her full attention, worked with me to help pick out the perfect design, material, and stone (and there was a lot of selection to try to pick from). They were extremely nice and knowledgeable the entire time. I felt like I was a part of the family. The price was extremely fair, the ring looked absolutely gorgeous, and the people were so pleasant and caring. There were no flaws whatsoever. Best of all, she said yes! Of all the jewelry stores I've been to, this is the best. If you're around Fonthill and want jewelry, go to this one. Trust me, there isn't any other around that even competes with it.”

“The owners did an amazing restoration on a very special vintage chiming mantle clock. I can't thank them enough for the results from their meticulous work! It's heartwarming to hear those chimes again. When I picked up my mantle clock, I brought in my grandmother's pendulum clock that had been wrapped up in a blanket for the last 70 years. It was filthy (I cleaned the outer wooden case as well as I could) missing the pendulum, and had at least one broken inner workings part. I expected to be told it was a lost cause. However, Mr. Zibi told me he could get it running again and gave me an estimate which was extremely reasonable. I am looking forward to hearing Babcia's clock chime for the first time in over 70 years, thanks to the Zibi's expertise! I highly recommend this business - 100% satisfaction!”
“Best jeweller in Niagara. This place has been around for years for good reason. My parents and many of my friends' parents have gotten their jewelry from here because they are honest and trustworthy. A lot of local jewelry shops actually send their repairs here. My husband got my engagement ring here as well as our wedding bands. The man who looked after us was extremely knowledgeable about jewelry. He is eccentric but he clearly knew what he was talking about as he was able to answer our questions, to which we Googled later and yes, he was right. I believe the man who helped us was a gemologist. He gave us a lot of options in our price range as well as ideas for settings. He provided us with all of the documentation for our insurance. Someone mentioned about the doors being locked. They've done this for years. It's to prevent theft, which unfortunately happens in this area. I also take my rings in to be cleaned yearly as well as to ensure the setting hasn't loosened. I highly recommend this business. If you're looking for the best quality jewelry, start here.”
“I stopped into the store in search of an engagement ring. Up until this point I had only looked online and done some mild research on lab grown so I was really happy to encounter Cody at the store. He was a great sounding board for my interpretations of the subject and was super supportive in giving more insight. He even gave me a little hands-on walkthrough of all things diamonds; allowing me to look through the loupe and compare many different cuts.
