I switched to this shoppers as it’s closer to home for home myself and my online profile has not been transferred over correctly so I cannot see my medications online. They do not answer the phones EVER i try calling all of the time to ask if my medications are ready as they still have not fixed my account so that I can have the text system set up. They leave you on hold for 15+ minutes and will not pick up but will hang up on you instead. When you finally go into the store because you cannot contact them you will find the pharmacy is not busy at all with little to zero customers waiting while 3+ people all behind the pharmacy counter ignore the phones ringing.

I hate leaving a low score for a place. Especially when it isnt their fault.. but I have had such bad experiences coming in here because of their customers. When i went in for a covid shot last year some lady was being really rude to the pharm tech because they showed walk-ins available but the line was out the door.Management(or the mayor) needs to do something about harassing behavior and attitude of people. I dont know why someone coming in and buying moustache bleach feels entitled to be mean/degrading to a someone working..

Will not return to this location ever. Better to drive to Welland.Recently I had a rather unpleasant experience at this store due to the behavior of a cashier and their supervisor. While I understand that policies exist, basic courtesy and service should not be compromised.The supervisor's attitude mirrored that of the cashier, displaying no empathy or willingness to accommodate a simple request. Their lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth. It's important for businesses to remember that customers are the lifeblood of their establishment, and treating them with respect should be a priority. Especially when their roles can be so easily replaced by machinery.Surprisingly this is not the first time ive had this type of service at this location. I moved to fonthill a year ago and every visit I feel frustrated and disheartened by the customer service I receive. It's unfortunate that such a small interaction can leave such a lasting negative impression. I hope the management reads these reviews (I am not the only one) and takes steps to improve their staff's customer service skills to ensure a more pleasant experience for all patrons.I will definitely be following up this review by contacting head office.

First of all : Thank you Abby for great service! You are kind , polite and professional.On another hand , I’m not sure that cashier Olivia got the right upbringing at home and good training at work. Apparently I had the audacity to approach her register with the intention to pay for my purchase . She ran away bumbling something and pointing some there. I’ve got the idea , it was a lunch time . Bon appetite Olivia ! I’m not sure you are on the right place with such an attitude .Thank goodness, there are the automatic registers in this store too.

I don't know why this place has so much trouble filling basic prescriptions....my husband and I both have had issues. I dropped off my prescription and I was told it would be ready in a couple of days (most pharmacies have it ready by the evening). I come back and guess what? No one can find any record of my prescription. It's not the first time it's happened with this branch. It WILL be the last time I go there. I'd rather suffer without my prescription and wait to go to somewhere reliable then go back here again.

Either aliens abducted the pharmacists or they gave up answering the phones because we haven’t been able to reach them for days. Friends and neighbours shared same frustrations. Either way, we hope they are ok. Oh, and when you do go in, the service moves in slow motion. Surreal.Boggio down the road seems to appreciate customers more. Try them instead.

I’ve been going here for 6 years, today was the last. I’m going to Bojio pharmacy from now on. 75% of the time my prescription is not ready when they say. 50% of the time when they say come back in 30 min, 2 hours later it’s not ready. They can’t seem to fill renew prescription. Yesterday , after asking for a renew prescription on March 30, (today is April 21) I was told they have been sending a request every day with no response. I guess if the doctor doesn’t answer the first 14 faxes you just keep faxing…. So yesterday at 3pm I sent an email to my doctor. This morning at 8:47am my doctor emailed me that they sent my prescription in. At 4:30pm I went in to pick it up and was told they needed to call my doctor and re-authorize it. I asked for the pharmacist - she was at lunch. Asked for the manager - they left at 4pm. I was then told it was my doctors fault it took so long, they are understaffed, the computer hasn’t been working for 3 days, and best of all the government cut the funding as the reason they were not able to fill a prescription in 21 days. Not once at any time did anyone apologize for not filling my prescription.

I was at the Shopers in Fonthill looking some special creams for my sons sensitive skin . One of the employees, Brandon helped me so much and his approach was so kind and professional. Always have issues at the pharmacy. For example today, I was told it would be a 30 min wait for a prescription, and after 30 mins, was informed they had not even started it yet. Additionally, I do not find the staff friendly-they consistently make it clear they do not want to provide cashier services and heavily push self-service check outs.

I wish I could give zero stars. Consider using EVERY other Shoppers pharmacy before using this one. The staff working here is BEYOND rude. I went in to ask some questions about baby Tylenol and the pharmacist was so RUDE. I just wanted to know what else I could give my teething son for pain relief and was basically told nothing. The pharmacist has ZERO customer service skills. And the techs are no better. She was listening to my conversation with the pharmacist - she laughed rudely and rolled her eyes at my questions. So unprofessional. I will NEVER be returning to this Shoppers. I left the store fuming. Do better Fonthill Pharmacy staff and have some empathy and compassion for your customers.
