“Lots to par take in here, you can get a beer, wine or cocktail at the bar, get your bowling shoes on and go bowling or maybe just sit down and order some food.I chose the last option and with speedy service and a smile I got a white pizza and sweet potato fries. The pizza was hot and very tasty and the sweet potato fries were amazing and so huge and delicious. They have their own lot for parking too.”

“I have been using this branch since it was HSBC several years ago. Since then it havs been First Niagara and now its a Key Bank location. Over all I am oretty happy with the service. The atm is usually working and is in spacious room, with a seperate enterance than that od the branch. The people that work here are friendly and are very helpful. They also offer free coffee and tea for anyone patronizing the branch. The lines can be auite long if you go during lunch. They need to work on the number of tellars working during lunch hour. That being said, whenever there is a long line, one of the managers usually comes out of their cubicle and apologizes for the delay. They also have a drive thru window for anyone not wanting to into the branch. I live very close by so I will definitely go back, unless I change banks, which I dont plan to anytime soon.”

“Is it weird that I actually enjoy going to the bank when I go here? Every employee I've worked with has been very helpful and friendly, even taking the time to remember my name despite the fact that I only have to go to the bank a few times per year.”

“So I suppose it was bound to happen. I had a family member test positive for Covid 19. Ugh- naturally right after we had a small immediate birthday party for my father's 86th birthday. This sent us hurrying for test sites. I chose the CVS on Kenmore at Englewood. This is a self administered test taken at the drive through window. I was greeted nicely and first my information was double checked by the Pharmacist. Of course this is all appointment only, so I had already forwarded my information. After that, a very pleasant woman, Karyn I believe, sent a packet through the drawer. Everything was well sealed and included gloves, wipes, the nasal swap, a test tube for the swab and general information. I was prompted by the woman on how to properly self test while she watched and timed my progress. The whole thing took under 10 minutes and then you drop the sample into a drop box and wipe it down. It was really easy and not as uncomfortable as I expected. Once home, they texted instructions on setting up an account. I had the results in 3 days. Fortunately myself and whole family tested negative. Even the original positive was reversed and must have been misdiagnosed. Whew- Although it took 2 days longer then the larger drive through lots, I was very satisfied with the process and customer support. Hopefully no one has to use this service, but if you do, CVS is doing it right.”

“Since I'm literally within 5 minutes of this place, this has become my convenient store essentially. Now don't go in expecting to grab all your domestic needs, but they do have the basics for you. They're also the only place that I've seen that carries the almond milk Starbucks Frappuccino's (yup, staring at you Target and Walmart). And the two owners are pretty cool guys and more than willing to help you if you somehow can't find what you're looking for. I do know there's this unfair stigma surrounding gas station food which is valid in a lot of circumstances before I go any further. But hear me out - they may have the best turkey sandwiches in the area. I wouldn't steer you wrong. I've had my fair amount of them. Feel free to judge.”

“Best banking experience ever. Darren helped me setup a brand new account, credit card and taught me how to transfer money between my account and my wife's. He's a great addition to the Hertel location and really made the stressful situation of canceling my account with Northwest and opening an account with BOA a breeze. If I could give this guy 10 stars I would.”

“This place has grown on me this year. Not enough to warrant a five star review, mind you, but I actually need more than one hand to count how many times I've been in there now, and that's saying a lot, because when it comes to grocery shopping, I am a creature of habit. While they aren't the best with brand name low prices, with Walmart and Aldi right up the street, they excel at in store offerings. Their bakery has some great offerings (there is a small cult following of their donuts in my circle) and I've heard they have better quality meat offerings compared to their competitors in town. There's a tempting case of to go meal choices by the deli, including sushi and fish fry. If you're looking for the basics, they do hold some pretty good sales if you take the time to look for them. They're my go to place in the colder months with rock bottom prices on apples and squash while it's in season, and they've held a few bogos that make me swing by the store to stock up. They've got a bottle room for returns, with recycling bins for the pesky non-redeemable plastics that get mixed in. They've got a large parking lot so you don't have to fight for a spot. And there's a coupon kiosk where you can print off savings. You can even load coupons to your store account (as simple as typing in a phone number) to earn points towards free stuff. Because who doesn't like free donuts? This isn't my go to place, but has become a going to place, one worth checking into.”

“Nice and conveniently located, perfectly between Allentown and Elmwood, without having to stop at a branch location. As expected, Full service ATM, just like every BOA ATM location. Have never experienced any tech issues with this ATM being down for maintenance or out of cash.”

“Wow a review on a drug store ? Yes, I drive over to this Rite Aid for good reason. Main reason I do have medicine I need to pick up and using the rite aid texting system and prepaying for the order and using the drive through to pick up my order. Thank you for this service. But yesterday morning my family went inside the store and got our flu shots. The pharmacist informed us of new info on it and we all got our shots from the pharmacist who was handling too much for one person ( the whole Rx area, drive through, counter phone and doing our flu shots) the pharmacist was very good, one person at a time, temperature was taken, masks worn correctly. And my flu shot didn't hurt. the morning went well. The young pharmacist was wonderful.”

“Was nice to see that this place is opening back up, albeit somewhat slowly. We went in September 2022, and they had the kid rides fully opened. Only 2 rides designed for non-kids were opened. Additionally, the entire water park was opened with the exception of the wave pool. There seemed to be adequate life guards in the water park. Never felt unsafe. The kiddieland rides seemed to lack sufficient staffing. Operators would move from ride to ride depending on if there were kids in line. There were not designated operators for every ride. Not a huge issue because it wasn't busy, but hopefully during busy days they're fully staffed. Was nice to see they still do the Wild West show, although it seems it could use a little more work in terms of scripting and acting. We plan to come back in 2023. Hopefully they keep bringing more rides back!”

“M & T bank is the ABSOLUTE best. You call a branch and they answer. The online banking is exceptional. Very smooth interface and functionality. Great customer service and overall banking. Anyone on here writing a bad review should get their head examined because they are very wrong.”

“I now have to come to this location if I want a Drive Thru, because my neighborhood Key Bank closed down. This drive thru is smaller, only one lane. But they seem to work faster here than at my original bank. The worker both times I've come here now is very kind, polite & is helpful.”
