“I have been using this branch since it was HSBC several years ago. Since then it havs been First Niagara and now its a Key Bank location. Over all I am oretty happy with the service. The atm is usually working and is in spacious room, with a seperate enterance than that od the branch. The people that work here are friendly and are very helpful. They also offer free coffee and tea for anyone patronizing the branch. The lines can be auite long if you go during lunch. They need to work on the number of tellars working during lunch hour. That being said, whenever there is a long line, one of the managers usually comes out of their cubicle and apologizes for the delay. They also have a drive thru window for anyone not wanting to into the branch. I live very close by so I will definitely go back, unless I change banks, which I dont plan to anytime soon.”

“Today I called Key Bank Customer Service. My call was answered by the Buffalo Call Center. Truthfully, I was at my wits end.....a problem with my son's debit card (he's 700 miles away at an Academy). I tried to get help at my local branch (in Michigan) to no avail. This poor girl in Buffalo got on the phone with my local branch, was on the phone for nearly 3 hours, and straightened the entire situation out for me. The best treatment/service I've ever received from a bank! Thank you, Denise B.!! You rock!!”

“So I suppose it was bound to happen. I had a family member test positive for Covid 19. Ugh- naturally right after we had a small immediate birthday party for my father's 86th birthday. This sent us hurrying for test sites. I chose the CVS on Kenmore at Englewood. This is a self administered test taken at the drive through window. I was greeted nicely and first my information was double checked by the Pharmacist. Of course this is all appointment only, so I had already forwarded my information. After that, a very pleasant woman, Karyn I believe, sent a packet through the drawer. Everything was well sealed and included gloves, wipes, the nasal swap, a test tube for the swab and general information. I was prompted by the woman on how to properly self test while she watched and timed my progress. The whole thing took under 10 minutes and then you drop the sample into a drop box and wipe it down. It was really easy and not as uncomfortable as I expected. Once home, they texted instructions on setting up an account. I had the results in 3 days. Fortunately myself and whole family tested negative. Even the original positive was reversed and must have been misdiagnosed. Whew- Although it took 2 days longer then the larger drive through lots, I was very satisfied with the process and customer support. Hopefully no one has to use this service, but if you do, CVS is doing it right.”

“Since I'm literally within 5 minutes of this place, this has become my convenient store essentially. Now don't go in expecting to grab all your domestic needs, but they do have the basics for you. They're also the only place that I've seen that carries the almond milk Starbucks Frappuccino's (yup, staring at you Target and Walmart). And the two owners are pretty cool guys and more than willing to help you if you somehow can't find what you're looking for. I do know there's this unfair stigma surrounding gas station food which is valid in a lot of circumstances before I go any further. But hear me out - they may have the best turkey sandwiches in the area. I wouldn't steer you wrong. I've had my fair amount of them. Feel free to judge.”

“Wow a review on a drug store ? Yes, I drive over to this Rite Aid for good reason. Main reason I do have medicine I need to pick up and using the rite aid texting system and prepaying for the order and using the drive through to pick up my order. Thank you for this service. But yesterday morning my family went inside the store and got our flu shots. The pharmacist informed us of new info on it and we all got our shots from the pharmacist who was handling too much for one person ( the whole Rx area, drive through, counter phone and doing our flu shots) the pharmacist was very good, one person at a time, temperature was taken, masks worn correctly. And my flu shot didn't hurt. the morning went well. The young pharmacist was wonderful.”

“M & T bank is the ABSOLUTE best. You call a branch and they answer. The online banking is exceptional. Very smooth interface and functionality. Great customer service and overall banking. Anyone on here writing a bad review should get their head examined because they are very wrong.”
