I do all my own work on my own cars so I often find myself struggling to find shops that are honest and don't try to tell me I need things I clearly don't. Doing my own work, I still need a shop for safeties and alignments.
These guys don't. They're honest, and when they point something out, they're right -- I missed it (or was already questioning it myself.)
You can actually trust these guys, and in this industry, that says a lot.

I have been here on multiple occasions, and have had great service each time. The staff are all great as well, super friendly and respectful and they have good pricing as well for their services. Very professional - would definitely recommend.

Ruiz is a pleasure to deal with at Autopits. Super friendly, always explains the work to be completed and has fair pricing. I would highly recommend this shop for all your day to day vehicle repairs and tune ups!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with them. Made an apt for a Wednesday, went They're Friday at the end of the day and they hadn't even brought it into the shop. They had it for a few weeks, never gave me updates, never installed the ONE part that I left for them to put in. Then I was told that needed a new computer. I TOLD them that was absolutely not the problem. (It went there with a dead battery and that will cause a temporary code for ACU) . They put it in anyway (the part took a week to get) Just as I said, it WASNT the problem, yet they tried to convince me that it was running better. It absolutely wasn't. After about 3 weeks I finally demanded to get my car back and told them I was not paying for the new computer. I was still already about $400 and nothing had changed about the vehicle. But I was still willing to pay that portion. The mechanic told me at 4:30 on a Friday that if I wasn't there by 5 to take the INOPERABLE VEHICLE, that they were going to charge me storage fees of $44 a day until I can get it. We had to stand off where I let the person at the cash (who wasn't the person I was dealing with the entire time) how Rudely I had been treated by the Mechanic. The mechanic who said "we don't work like the white man" Implying white people don't work hard. (This was our first conversation) I laughed at the time but thought it was completely inappropriate. And I should have listened to my instincts and taken my car somewhere else but they were the first shop without a waiting list. ( It turns out that they overbook and just were basically tinkering with my car on the side when they had time) He was rude, condescending, and treated me as though I didn't know anything, Yet I knew more than HE did. I had done all the research before I decided to take it there. After a 15 minute stand off with the cashier, who was a very nice man and understood my concerns after hearing what I had told him the mechanic had said to me. He took the charge for the computer off of my bill, apologized for "Joses" behavior and told me that I could come back any time and they would rectify the issue. They have lost my trust and I will never return there. To be without a vehicle for 3 weeks, pay $400 and to get it back In the same condition was infuriating. Hopefully Jose doesn't work there anymore.

This is a very good auto shop I definitely recommend this place for anyone, I’ve got my oil change done here and some other things and they do a very good job. Definitely worth 5 stars

Quick service & extremely kind. Needed a tail light changed and got me in the same day. Headlight went a couple months later & got amazing customer service. Would go back over and over. :)

One of the owners is a friend of mine, so I've been taking my car to Autopits for things like oil changes for years. When a branch came off a tree looming over our driveway and crunched the car on the way down, the body shops recommended by my insurance company all had waiting lists stretching out for months. What I hadn't known was that Autopits does bodywork, too. They matched the paint so well that I can't even tell the new parts from the old. I was so impressed!

Thank goodness they were open on Sat. I had the oils change notice come on and was driving back to NYC Sun. They took me in without an appt and it was even an oil change I needed. They checked my oil and it was clean becx I only recently changed it. They just helped in resetting my oil change notice. Super friendly too!! Def use them for your auto needs in the area.
