Jody is amazing. I am terrified of getting blood work done I mentioned that to her and she made me feel incredibly comfortable. When I went in the other day I asked if she was able to do my blood work again and she did without hesitation.
I have had this anxiety with getting blood work my whole life Jody has honestly changed that for me. She is so compassionate and I didn’t feel a thing.
I have been to the Fort Erie location 4 times as a walk in and I very rarely have to wait they are pretty quick

Hi I would like to give a review on Jenny the Mexican lady and Elaine the heavy set lady they need to deal with the public better they said my husband was racist but he’s not he deals with all kinds of ppl in the community they need to be more Professional, regardless of any situation ! When the patient tells u it’s not a good place to draw blood due to experience in the past of giving blood, they should listen instead of poking up their arm and not getting it then another lady trying to get it poking up his arm he has all right to be upset. He’s not a pin Cushion! Honestly if you can’t come to work and treat the public well don’t show up!!!

The worst Life labs I have ever been to . The staff are very rude , didn’t even say Hello to me when I said “ hello, how are you today”. Then grabs my paper work from my hand in a rude manner. The brown haired heavy set woman with glasses is horrible to everyone that walked in and the old white haired hag with glasses needs some training or to be fired…. they are both very unfriendly people and not welcoming at all.

Awesome staff, awesome response time. I come in, wait less than 15 minutes, get my blood tests done and leave. I also get my results very quickly too. Wonderful ladies, polite, professional, quick and always smiling.Edit: I came back to add a comment. It is sometimes very busy as it is the only Lifelabs in the area, and still they manage to push us all in after only a 15 minute wait. Just awesome team and extremely hardworking.Thank you!

Completely ignored my doctors requisition for tests he was requesting… they only tested 2 things in urine when 5 were requested… the one employee has resting bit*h face

The staff were excellent. I watched as they treated the elderly with respect and dignity and a little humor! They all seemed to love their jobs and it was apparent.

Made an appointment, still got put behind all the walk-ins. I VERY politely asked about it and was rudely told he was next in line anyway so "it was no big deal", then they called another walk in literally right after they said Dad was next.Sometimes the staff here is sweet empathetic and polite but days like today where literally 3 of them were rude to me in a matter of a minute drives me nuts. I do not get angry or rude when I ask a question of them and frankly I expect the same from them but did not get that today!Wish I knew who worked which days so I could come when polite people worked.
