States ATMs are open 7AM-10PM. Go to make an important deposit before work at 8:15 AM and doors are still locked. Waste of time.

More friendly staff than Ridgeway, but they have no manager on site, and the employees are robots that can't help you unless the computer screen tells them they can. If you need anything out of the ordinary you're out of luck.

Booked an appointment 1 week ago. Received numerous reminders via text and email. Showed up 5 minutes early to find out no one is there for my scheduled appointment. How sad, but what can you expect from a management that doesn’t care.

I have been an RBC client for over 12 years and my parents for over 20. We have also been clients with over 5 branches including the busiest ones in GTA.And this branch is the worst one ever, all their staff except one sweet lady have a major attitude problem, and ego problem.Until recently I thought it was an ageism issue since I look young and the other clients were older I was treated differently. Now I realized it was not my age but my skin color. As I saw my mom was treated the same way. The staff will argue with you try to make you feel stupid and also give you attitude. They make up their on rules saying you need appointments to do any type of work and say it is a universal rule with the bank.Yet the same bank in a different location does not have this requirement.I have no idea how this staff would survive at any other branch. As they believe a 2 people line up is busy. They should see the branches in GTA where there are 20 people in line. And all the tellers are still smiling and happy to help. They need a major revamp and the staff need sensitivity training. You know it is bad when the client knows the banks regulations better then the staff.Do not tell me I need an appointment for everything I need done. Also update your hours, people cannot do their work if you are only open during the times they work.Honestly I would recommend people to switch banks and just go to the BMO next door. They are way nicer and ay more helpful. This one branch seriously has me thinking I need to switch banks to another.

I met with a staff person in regards to credit card cancellation specific to the estate of a deceased person. After all the pprwrk was completed I was told that there were gift cards forthcoming due to points left on the credit cards. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process. That mtg was in February 2022. I received nothing by June 2022, made an appt with the same staff person who explained there had been a snafu in their (RBC) system. Did all the pprwrk again and I was told to expect the gift cards in 4 - 6 weeks. It is now October and still nothing. I emailed the staff person once and called the staff person twice over the last 3 weeks and received no acknowledgment or response. So now I am calling to speak to a manager. I have been on hold for over 25 minutes as I am writing this. This is extremely poor service. The automated phone service has options that are not relevant and you cannot just press '0' to speak to a person.Maybe the RBC needs the gift cards more???? I sure would like to know the reason why after 9 months I have not received these gift cards . Anyway finally answered the phone and the person refused to identify her position until I told here the reason for the call. Then I find out she is not even in Fort Erie and at some call center. Now I am on hold again as I am being transferred to some Estate department!I end up talking to another person. I repeat the story yet again. This person assures me that back in June the cards did nto go out for some reason but she gave me a reference # and indicated they will be sent out today.50 minutes on the phone to address a relatively simple matter but demonstrated only poor customer service! Not even an apology for the delay, my time spent on this, etc.

My husband and I went to the Fort Erie branch last week to open an education savings account for our son and Ginette Dube the Financial Advisor was great. She was friendly and answered all our questions. She signed us up to save on our monthly checking account fee with this new RBC program which we qualify for. She looked over my husband's retirement savings account and offered suggestions on how to save and earn more interest- which he happily signed up for. She looked over both our accounts to make sure we have the best offers and options. I like that she wasn't pushy. Thank you Ginette, we came in for one reason but left with more than expected.

People stop complaining , if you never had a good credit and you are both whole family depended on ODSP you can't ask for credit card. There's some rules and teller doesn't decide whether or not you get a credit card, you are not eligiblePeople if you think it's slow ,go there and put some extra time so leave home EARLYI read all complains are people's fault , sally college girl etc......LOL RBC employees are not slow Actually you guys are too slow and having hard time to explain what you need from them, because of age or when it's your turn , you haven't had your papers you spend time to find bluh bluh...
