“Hi everyone! I want to share my good experience at this branch on Jan 8, 2025. I had troubles to activate my me CC and update PIN because the app would give me the famous #0001 error right before finishing the last step. And while trying to contact online support my wife got disconnected during a transfer between operators at the call center.
But the service i received at the Branch in Fort Frances exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much Amanda Lalonde and Jo-Anne Hagarty (hope i spell your names right) for your help and your initiative. You not only helped me to figure all the things out but did it without making appointment which i really appreciate. I got all of my questions answered and all of my issues fixed in a short time in the very friendly and kind manner. You set a great example of customer service!”
