Their hours have changed due to covid-19 and it’s almost impossible to get a hold of someone when calling. But my stop here was pleasant, they had the proper measures in place for distancing and cleanliness. The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. The only thing I had trouble with was tracking my parcel because it was a different number sequence of what she told me.

It's the post office.

Clerks denied one family member to pick up a parcel for me and stated that I needed to pick it up in person, despite the Delivery Notice print on the backside regarding authorized pick ups. You also cannot get ahold of anyone through their telephone number. Have been calling all afternoon and the lead hand is never there.

I've always been treated well and enjoyed my experience at the Fort Frances Post Office. Friendly staff.

I thought maybe I was overreacting, but when I read the other reviews about the FF Post Office I realized my experience was a common one. The lady who helped me said my parcel did not need to be scanned, did not know how much insurance was included, and did not know that a shipping label could be printed by scanning a code on my phone. Basically, she did not know how to do her job. Now I am left worrying if my package will make it to the destination.

I asked to have the flyers stopped 4 times. I finally stopped clearing out my mailbox of them and they stopped my mail service claiming I didnt live there. I went to the Post Office numerous times to inquire, left my phone number each time. Not one answer as to how they had the power to determine my residence.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and the worst post office clerks you will ever encounter. Bonnie is one of them. She is rude, defensive and will yell at you if you try to question where your goods are or try to tell her to do her job. They do not scan your parcels sometimes when you drop your mail off so tracking will not update for days and you can't do anything about it. This is against Canada Post policy mind you. They are lazy and do not respect their clients at the Fort Frances post office. The manager is just as useless and will not help you at all either. Good luck!

I Do not understand for all the places I've lived this is the worse mail service for parcels misdirected or missing even express post mail I've never recieved. Nobody ever seems to have any proper answers or they look at you like your nuts!!!!!! I've lived in big cities where you would expect missing mail from your house box at least. Please somebody look into this it's being on for few years. You also need to make a system for when parcels go into community mail box that it should be scanned the mailbox itself or something. Or somebody Cannot read properly!!!!! I was suppose to recieve a parcel found out from the company it was delivered but where, who got it?

Nora, and Bonnie were working terrible customer service. They treat their customers terribly and I don't even know if they know a thing about the postal service very disappointing.
