“I just discovered bruisers recently within past couple of months after some online shop research and this place had the reviews i was looking for so i figured i would check them out and needless to say they are amazing.. nothing but a true honest mechanic shop right here.. they do not make you feel like most shops i have been to if you know, you know unfortunately.. i trust every word and bringing my vehicle here, the first time i came regarding my alignment they were so kind checked everything over for me but nothing was needed and they didn’t even charge me, not even for their time.. He fit me in when I didn’t know if the car noises were a safety issue, test drove my car, put it up on the hoist, diagnosed wheel bearing issues, and suggested I have them fixed at a pre booked appointment at another shop the following the week to save $. Informative, helpful, pleasant. We’ll be back!”

“I always hesitate going into a Dealership due to past not great experiences. Kawartha Chrysler and Tom have raised the bar so high for Dealerships they should come take lessons. No BS, respect and the little touches to feel welcome and no pressure from the get go. Look forward to experiencing the service part of Kawartha Chrysler. The original vehicle I went to see and test drive wasn’t what I really wanted. Tom sat down and we reviewed what would really fit my needs. Then he kicked the perfect vehicle for me to see and test drive. What a refreshing transaction looking forward to the Kawartha Chrysler treatment each time I am there.

“I was visiting Peterborough for a couple of days. I ran out of fuel across the road from Security Auto Centre and called CAA,they responded and could do nothing to held. I seen Security Auto as I started my walk. I went in to see them and after talking for a few minutes Steve told me to bring it over. Tow dropped it off in twenty minutes. While waiting for a bay to become busy one of the techs hooked it up to booster pack and had it running in seconds. They checked out a few other components on the truck which are fine . I asked how much and
Steve replayed we didn’t do anything so there charge. There’s one good CANDIAN taking care of another.
