“Would rate 6 stars if I could. The workers at this shop are a class act and truely made a bad day more bearable. Our car engine misfired on a long roadtrip and our car was rendered undriveable - engine potentially blown. We experienced nothing but kindness and expertise at this shop and even though they could not fix our issue due to the last minute nature of out visit and the circumstances they offered advise, expertise and respect. If we were local this would be our new go to shop and they provide a very comfortable, reasonable, and trustworthy business just off of our first time unexpected experience. To the staff - thank you. “I used to drive a Denali diesel until this dealership a Mr Zand (great guy really down to earth)put me in the seat of my Dodge Ram cummins … I will never go back to a gmc dealership ever again there’s no comparison not even close.

“I've been going to Doug and Jerry for the last little while now, after having a long-standing relationship with my family. I've had a rattling in my car that has been driving me nuts and took it to my previous mechanic only to have him charge me $500 for shocks that didn't fix the noise. He told me to 'turn up the radio'. Turns out it was a brake pad, that the previous mechanic had altered to fit. I never would have guessed that based on all the information available online. “I was on vacation visiting my sister and on arrival, had major grinding noises in the rear tires. My brother in-law suggested I go to Fitzsimmons - this was on a Wednesday at 3:30 PM. By
5:30 PM, they sent me a text with an estimate for rear brake rotors and pads. Thursday at 9AM they called to say my car was done !!!
Needless to say, I was overjoyed that they were able to fit me in on short notice and get the repairs completed without delaying my vacation - and rectifying what my own shop missed not even 6 weeks ago !!
