Great place for small events

had a decent time at the weiner dog races. The place did not seem prepared to handle as many people as there were, it took 45 minutes to even get in the parking lot and there were minimum 20 minute lines for everything- even the vending machine! The staff were all nice enough but the entire event just seemed understaffed. The dogs were cute, the facility was well maintained and food was decent enough. Great that there were large screens and speakers everywhere. Once the actual races started we couldn’t see anything as there were so many people. Even standing on a picnic bench I could barely see.

Went the final night 2024. Long lines for bar, food, pop machine. Indoor area needs upgrading. Terrible time leaving parking lot. Took over an hour. I would have spent money if the lines weren't so long. Exiting the parking lot was horrible.

Weiner Dog Races Sept 13 2024: Great event but soooo many people! Looong lineups for everything from food and drinks to placing bets on horse races. Spent more time in line than I did finally watching the races.

Waited an hour and a half for poutine and a jumbo hotdog. They were out of gravy and there's nothing jumbo about this hotdog

Went on Friday the 13th of September. Parking was ridiculous! ZERO security to ensure people don't block others in. Tons of us were trapped. The manager was completely ignorant! It is a fire hazzard entrapping people and if there was a medical emergency, the ambulance wouldn't have been able to get thru.
Will never goto another event!

Friday night races are great. Fun and cheap option for families when in town. A great night out.

A great place to spend a evening enjoying harness racing. Staff is great in both the racing side and the casino side. The crowd was happy and live music and the racing is well organized and the track is beautiful. I would rate my experience higher if I could. Concession stand has great prices and delicious food.

Check out the Fridays races which are family friendly. Free track side seating on picnic tables, live music and food to purchase.
