I can't say enough about Phil and his service team. We are from NJ, staying in Alex Bay NY visiting Canada for the day when the check engine light came on. Phil took the time to get the part and stay open late to make sure we got back on the road and would safe for our travels. We did make it home thanks to Phil and his team. I could not say enough great things about Chiasson Ford

This is, hopefully, a review better late than never. On January 30th my husband and I were on our way to Florida but before we even got to the border our Chrysler Caravan started making a very loud knocking noise so we pulled off the 401 at the first exit we could find and immediately saw this Ford dealership. They immediately helped us. Turned out to be the tires we had just had changed 2 days earlier. The front driver side wheel's lug nuts had been put on by hand only, not torqued. It was ready to fall off! The remarkably kind and efficient people of Chiasson Ford not only tightened the nuts but inspected all wheels to ensure they were safe. Thank you to David, Katrina and other staff there for ensuring that we got safely to our destination and helped us escape what could have been a tragic accident on the highways. Their courtesy and care for our safety, no matter what brand of vehicle, will never be forgotten.

We received unbelievably great service with our truck while we were on holidays. Because our truck needed to stay overnight, we were brought to and from our campsite which was 40 kms away. They were able to squeeze us in as we needed to leave our campsite a few days later. Thank you so much.
