Thank you for wisely caring about customer satisfaction, appropriately renovating, and setting up a new business that is greatly needed in this whole region! Congratulations! Yes while our place is under construction in TLTI our family will give the new owners a chance, hence my changing the rating to reflect on excellent customer service the new owners are choosing to undertake to address the many former owners serious outstanding issues. Respectfully please please consider informing the public of your renovations, and when you are open via the several regional Chambers ( TlTI, Brockville, and Gananoque), and via social media on may regional community and Towns and Township sites. Currently we have to drive 45 minutes to Kingston to locate a professionally run and clean decent laundromat with working machines, a change machine, a laundry soap machine, decent late hours,reasonable fair pricing, clean tables for folding , chairs, and bathrooms provided. It wasn't your fault with what happened with the most recent previous owner. Respectfully please make this business your own Laundromat and change the name ( "Gananoque Laundromat" perhaps?) to not associate yourselves with the previous owners. Thank you for taking seriously the many issues so many have faced. Thank you for renovating, cleaning up, making sure there are clean bathroom and chairs and clean new floors and folding tables and adding new machines. As a Designer I like how well the new type of no heat dehumidifier dryers work and how extremely energy efficient they are, while being very gentle on my families clothes. We bought one. I can't wait to install it. Best of luck, and thank you for caring about not just business but the needs of the regional community with excellent customer service. Please consider joining the only Chamber for TLTI, Rideau Lakes, Westport, and Athens, which is not the Gananoque Chamber. Cheers and a warm welcome new business owners!I can't give this place or the other Gananoque Bell Tower laundromat 0 stars. I'm very glad to learn this place has sold to new owners recently who have closed and are doing renovations. I hope the new owners take the many serious issues very seriously. I hope they wisely proactively due to optics change the laundromat's name, add new machines that actually work, make the prices reasonable again, as they were before the last owner, have proper chairs that are not broken, and bathrooms that are appropriately open as is required, and fully clean up all the filth! The last owner closed the store just as we were arriving, and actually yelled at my husband because we didn't know! We were shocked and politely explained we did not live in Gananoque, sold our home, hence renting without a laundry. The former owner didn't post he was now closed early before 4pm and expected us to read his mind.He was nasty and utterly ridiculous. Any owners of laundromats will make money if the Laundromat hours are appropriately opened late each evening, has change machines to make change, machines for purchasing Laundry supplies, clean bathroom, clean sturdy chars, clean floors, table and folding areas. Many new "dryer" machines save a great deal of energy, and wear and tear on all clothing and linen, as they are non heat dehumidifiers. I just bought one and my cost is less than a 1/4 of a normal large load of heavy jeans to fully dry. Best of luck, and kind wishes to the new owners renovating. All of TLTI, Athens, and Rideau Lakes no longer have any laundromats. Please consider advertising via in the rural regions Chamber in TLTI where there are so many homes being built and so many campers during the warmer months.”

“There are a lot of machines, a small folding area, change machine, a door to the restroom but this was locked when I visited. It sounds like it’s normally unlocked though. You could go around to the convenient store and ask the to unlock it and they did for a customer.Indoor seating is very limited. There are 2 benches outside.I felt like it was a safe and friendly environment.”
