I have been going here for a long time. 31 years to be exact. But in the last year I've noticed lack of customer service. No hello no thank you. And it seems like I'm bothering them just to come in. I guess I will start going down the rd. The owner,and happy seem to be the only ones who have customer service skills. Who ever was working days on the 29th should be talked to.

Just wanted to let everyone know how helpful the young fellow who was working last night is. I’m having a hard time getting around these days and i stopped to get a couple of things and the employee offered to bring what I needed out to my truck the next time I stop by. I thanked him and his reply was “I’m here to help you”! Thanks very much.

So I'm making my way down the 401 heading from Ottawa back to Kingston and I am looking for the cheapest gas I can (everyone knows gas prices are rediculous) so I call pioneer knowing that I always have great service in Brockville and thinking it would be the same in Gananoque, well was I wrong. Withholding the price of gas is just poor business, your losing a potential customer and getting a bad review. Saying to me and I quote "It is against policy to tell any customer the price of gas over the phone". Really!? Look I understand your competing against other gas stations and you could tell me the price and then gas could change before I even get there but if a customer is asking you a simple question don't you think you should answer it? And then telling me your dealing with a customer and your really busy? Why did you pick up the phone in the first place if you were already dealing with a customer.....I'm not the smartest tool on the shed but I wasn't born yesterday.....by the way it is not against the law if you tell me the gas....when it does I'll make sure to have the OPP escort me to your gas station when pigs fly....

Called to ask about gas price was greeted with rude attitude and was told it was against the law to give out gas price over the phone which was a lie simply asked because I was willing to travel 25 mins to give them my business and money
