Efficient and friendly service. I’ve always ended up with decent cars whenever I rent from this location. I rent from Enterprise every time I’m in town for the last 5 years and never had issues.

Booked a reservation and let them know I was going to be running late due to bad weather. They said that it was going to be fine and they'll be there till 5. Showed up a bit after 4 and no one was there. Wasted my time. Horrible service.

Easy, expedited process for checking out the vehicle. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, it was a bit difficult getting a hold of them when they weren't at the desk, as the business card provided at the location only rang the unmanned desk. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely use them again.

Made a reservation for an suv i read all fine print of using debit Visa got all the way there to get the vehicle and they told me i could only use the card i had if i had a flight and was told to go to another enterprise i informed them that they were the only one that had the vehicle i needed and they said that its Friday and people would be bringing there vehicles back was not able to get a rental ruined my plans for the weekend

Horrible service was at the counter well before closing and nobody was around, had even called before going and was told that he was here till 6pm. Will never be dealing with again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have booked a car online but when I reached there they said that there is no car for rent. I was in a hurry so I had to look for another car. The service is really poor. Please don't recommend this to anyone.

This car rental place offers reasonable priced rentals, have a lot of rental options and excellent operating hours especially from the airport. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially with travel weary folk. When there is an issue they work to arrive at a satisfactory agreement. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that all staff should b trained in dealing with international licenses as our first contact at the airport lacked info. Our car was clean, had not been smoked in (bonus for this highly asthmatic). The only other complaint i have is trying to find a phone number to call from Italy was challenging. Not knowing how the agency functioned, i was ansnxious about making our booking and wanted assurance from someone live.

The level of unprofessionalism here is unreal, we went and there was a kid working there about 16 years old who clearly didn’t know much and who also had his AirPods in for our whole interaction which is incredibly rude. This kid clearly has no customer service experience. And just because they’re wearing suits doesn’t mean they’re being professional.
