Did my laundry here and I had to put my clothes thru thr cycle twice as when the washer stopped my clothes were still completely saturated final cycle on washer not working , called the number left a voice mail as it cost us an extra 7.50 for our laundry and extra time , no answer no call back
Call back was followed up used a diffrent washer spent more money and no problem with same load so wasn't my load issue , I'm an adult been doing laundry for over 20 yrs I think I would of known if my load was too big , owner just can't take responsibility for their machines and don't want to repay their customers back , I'd give a 0 if I could

If I could give this laundromat a zero I would it’s the second time I’ve been here and lost money in the washing machines, which is about $6.50and $7.50 for a load
Tried to call them, of course no answer shocker water rip off will never come back here again again poor Customer Service the place looks filthy and not taken care of

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.....if i would give 0 stars I would....I tried it after seeing improving reviews it was filthy. 9 am on a sunday and looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. Used 4 dryers of the 4 one didn't heat at all leaving my clothes still soaked at the end of it and one seized up and wouldn't spin anymore in the middle if a cycle leaving a second load soaking and making me spend more money and more time then necessary both of which I'm tight on...I looked around for a number to report it to and nothing pop machine out of order sign by change machine says bring your own, even the dryers that work took almost an hour to dry way longer then it takes at others.....just not a good place to do laundry .... will never be back

This place has cleaned up a bunch since we were last here.
Sure, it's dated but everything you need is here.
Change machine worked perfectly.

Used to go here because it was close, then one day I had someone else's laundry in with mine in the dryer. Was gone for 20 minutes and someone highjacked the machine. Car was hit in the parking lot by the upstairs tenant as well. Don't go here unless you have to. Not the worst laundromat in sudbury for cleanliness but also not great either.

Can't rely on change machine, some of washer machines have strong mildew smell. Not very impressed.

This place is absolutely not clean. Completely outdated and there is nobody here to help you if there are any issues. I'm thankful to have a place to wash my clothing but I will be taking the trip elsewhere next time this place is nasty.

This laundromat is very close to me so that helps me alot. I'm very grateful they are there. The laundromat itself is pretty out dated. It's not super clean. No one is there at all to help with any issues you may have. Their machine that carries soap and bounce if you forget yours which I did lol I wasn't able to get enough because the machine didn't have any life. I was doing a LOT of laundry lol so having to go and get soap was a pain. All washing machines from front loading to old top loading are $3.50 to use. I personally find that to be expensive. However, the dryers make up for that. 3 quarters will dry most loads. Towels and jeans obviously need a bit more time. One more quarter lol so all in all it's a place to so laundry lol if you prefer a spotless, or a person to help you if you need assistance. This isn't your place. If you're like me, I don't really care. I just want in and out.

The laundry machines that are labeled "work cloths only" look like theyret from the '50s. The laundry machines that I guess would be from regular cloths works perfectly fine as well as the dryers.
