Won a bid on Lowe fishing boat that was listed to have " downriggers"; these were gone by the time we came to pick up according to the forklift loader - manager Tracy not willing to cover stollen goods unless reported on the yard lot before departure.Expensive lesson - don't trust impact security and customer service.
