If it wasn't for him id be without my audi right now. He did his own estimate of the damages and im glad he did because the insurances estimate was significantly more all because they didn't take 5 more minutes to look for parts like lance did and therefore they wanted to write off a vehicle with only 98k km on it and one i would not be able to find again so thank you from the bottom of my heart to lance and his team because they saved my car and you would never be able to tell it was even hit now!”

“My 22 year old daughter from Barrie broke down across the road from Auto Supreme. After waiting hours for CAA and freezing in her car, I called them to see if they could maybe look at the car and see if a quick fix was possible (CAA was not even indicating a pick up time at this point). While on the phone with them, they walked over to her, calmed her down and directed her back to their shop/office so she could warm up while they looked at her car. The comfort and security that they gave her and myself as a parent knowing that she was taken care of meant the world to both of us.
