Nothing but awful experience every time I go in there I have an issue with staff. I went to buy Christmas gifts for my family I was short by a little bit. I asked them to remove some items so I could pay for the rest and they gave me an extremely hard time removing the items. If I could go negative I would. I asked for my money back as I had given them cash and they didn't want to give it back. I told them I was short nothing I could do and all the told me was we can't remove it. So they gave me my money back after five minutes but as someone with high high anxiety and bad panic attacks. This had sent me into a panic attack. They are rude and won't work with anyone. Very disappointed and won't be going back ever. The staff and management is awful but I am going to say if someone is trying to remove something just remove it there is a reason for it I didn't have enough so I put stuff back they just wanted to fight me. I was going to pay x amount in cash and then the rest in debit but I was still short a little bit so it would have declined due to being short so all I asked was for a simple removal. This is heart breaking that society is like these days. If you are that desperate for money then help customers with simple task. Let alone the garbage and the staff putting stuff away won't make things easier by moving over or taken a step back for a moment. This was avoidable but they made it impossible now to ever step foot in there let alone have to ask four times for my cash back before they would give it to me is crazy. If you don't have enough you don't have enough. I asked for two things to be removed crazy that this staff can't have any customer service skills. I get it is the holidays but I work in customer service too I was being nice but also raising my tone. This is a horrible location they need to shut down or get all new staff and management. Do something. I even said to the cashier give me a second let me make sure I have enough to cover this and he still went and put the cash in the system after the cash was added I was still short on my debit Soi left my stuff and took my cash after much argument and left. So sad to see this happening.

I always have a good experience at this store. My only complaint is that it’s often very busy, and the staff are frequently restocking shelves, which sometimes blocks the aisles and makes it difficult to navigate, especially with a cart. Ideally, for a smaller store with high customer traffic, restocking could be done outside of regular operating hours to make shopping more comfortable.

I am the customer of Dollarama Georgetown for 7 years.
Very very bad attitude from the cleaning lady in this location. My 4 yr old by mistakenly dropped a $2 bowl and she was very sorry for it. The cleaning lady comes and start showing bad attitude with very angry and upset face, we kept saying sorry to her but never responded to us. Kept giving angry looks to us.
Customer service is very important and she clearly not trained. Please train her by showing this review. Hope she learns.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited in line like everyone else and when they had an issue with their machine they opened another register and helped the next person. I asked the girl why wouldn’t you help me and she said I was going to fix the machine and help you. Meanwhile other people behind me are getting served while I wait. She was very rude when I brought this to her attention. She should not be dealing with customers. Very sad you hire people like her. This was at 5:10 pm and refused to give me her name. I will never be back as there is a better dollar-store across the street. Byeeeee!!!

Love the merchandise and are usually stocked very well. But please, some of your employees working with the public need to improve their body odour (today for instance was the cashier).

Cheap stuff for cheap. Decent selection on everything from house stuff to cooking and kids toys. Not sure why the store layout isn’t 90 degrees out though lol

This place has the same lady always alone at the front & she’s so kind. Although, you can see she’s struggling doing it alone. I asked today why she’s alone up front everytime I visit this location because there’s 3 other registers. What she told me is that she doesn’t have the staff & most of her staff aren’t trained for up front. She shouldn’t be alone with myself & multiple others infront of me, as well as behind me. Honestly sad that this is happening. They lack good staff, they lack a lot of stuff.

The store has very big line up and only one CSR is serving and I have experienced more than 5 times this.Is not acceptable that you are westing time of 15 people and your other CSR are working to organise the items in the store.Not recommend to visit this store anymore
