Thank you to the kind & helpful staff at Endzone Sports Exchange who helped us when my son's skate blade broke 10 minutes before his hockey game started. They stayed open a few extra minutes to change & sharpen the blades for us to get him into his game.

Following up on my previous review. I never asked for a free replacement. I asked for assistance to replace it with cost. Extremely poor customer service that you won’t assist me in replacing a broken club.

Visited end zone sport today looking to purchase a softball glove, was greeted promptly and had all my questions answered and was totally satisfied with the service I received looking forward to playing with my new glove that I purchased for a excellent price thank you to all the staff at end zone for helping today

Worst place in town.
Me and my kids were looking at gloves and the owner came to us and accusing us of making a mess which has nothing to with us. We were in the store for less than 5 minutes by that moment. And we moved to another isle and he followed us and accused us again.
Fine, my kids were not the best behavior and the fact that he accused us of mess which already existed before we came in is stupidity and disrespect.
This is discrimination.
In the end he even asked us to leave and we did.
I do want to add that the lady at the front desk was nice to us. She immediately showed us what we were looking for.
Edit: the owner is not able to differentiate facts and imaginations per response. I asked my kids and none of them knocked off anything the owner was accusing us in the first place.
I was looking at my phone because your product is too expensive, $20-35 for a 6 year old kid soccer glove pair and I was looking for alternatives.
Yes, one of my kids was checking out a hockey stick, how do you know I am not buying one? Your attitude and discrimination as a business owner is laughable.
Yes one kid was trying on the roller skate. They are kids! And I immediately asked her to take it off when you brought it to my attention.
So we went to another isle to check out the hockey stick and you followed us! But not to offer help! Your intention as a business owner is disrespectful.
Yes I ranted and I apologize. But your behavior is the worst for my entire life in Canada.
I strongly condemn your discriminatory treatment for a customer with young kids.
Period.
The fact you provided so many vivid details demonstrates that you were “monitoring” us the moment we entered. We were at the store for about 15-20 min or even less. And you did not even offer help once as owner and your entire intent was to clean our “mess” This is text book definition of discrimination against us as a family with yonge children.
Yes I am angry and provided a negative review. I want to expose your behavior as a business owner discriminating against us!
Last advice, please check your security camera for your own mess before we even entered the store. I don’t take baseless blame for granted either.

Went in today to buy skates and a helmet, and have a pair of skates sharpened. The employees there were both kind and helpful. The guy sharpening the skates got them done for us quickly.
Madison was very helpful getting skates that fit properly, and the right helmet. She is great with young kids and has great customer service skills.
Definitely will shop here again!
