Worst customer service I have ever experienced the old lady at front desk was so rude that she does not know how to talk to people, without me notifying these guys put put the out of market part which was not original and charged for it double the labour price.

We had the pleasure of buying our new truck from Brittney. She was absolutely amazing and answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. The service is exceptional at Georgetown Chrysler. Even though we have two chrysler dealerships within half an hour from us, we are happy to drive an hour and a half to to receive such great service. On June 6th, I brought my dad's car to Chrysler Dodge in Georgetown for a recall.
Prior to that, I had visited the dealership to inquire about sensor replacements for the same car. While there, I checked with customer service about any recalls, which led to booking the recall appointment. I noticed a friendly and charming lady with short hair who always had a big smile on her face whenever she passed by or entered the garage.
I dropped off my dad's car for a recall repair at 8 AM. a shuttle took me home around 1 o'clock. Janice Arendt the same lady I had seen the week before, called me. She informed me that my car needed service on the throttle body, new spark plugs, an oil change, air filter and a new PCV valve, quoting a price of around $1000 for the repairs. I informed her that these parts had been replaced just two weeks prior and were new. There was a moment of silence on the phone before she mentioned that the mechanic had recommended the replacements. It seemed like the mechanic did not actually check the parts, as they were new and untouched. I have all the receipts to prove that these replacements were recent.
When the shuttle came to pick me up back to the dealership l questioned Jessica about the unnecessary repairs she had mentioned for my dad's car, which had already been completed. She had no response, avoided eye contact, and shifted blame to the mechanic. Her previous friendly demeanor was gone, and I could sense her guilt. Even another man from the service department avoided me and seemed ashamed and walk with his head down which as an office in the back of the service department. While I understand dealerships need to make money and upsell, this level of dishonesty is unacceptable.
The moral of the story is that you never know what lies behind a person's facade. It seems that some individuals assumed they could take advantage of me, thinking | was new to Canada or a coloured person and unaware of car mechanics, in order to make a profit. However, they failed to realize that both my parents were raised in England and I have spent a significant portion of my life there. Having been educated in England and having a good command of the Queen's English and education I felt disrespected by the dealership's assumption of my knowledge. It is disappointing that they would suggest replacing parts without even inspecting the car, displaying a lack of honesty, integrity and respect.

From the initial communication with Robert (sales), we decided to go with Georgetown Chrysler. Robert consistently answered any concerns and requests in a timely manner or on the spot.
Brittany (financing) was incredibly patient, kind and so helpful.
Michael (used car sales manager) was very accommodating.
Everyone was welcoming and I didnt feel any pressure that you usually get at a dealership.

A bit of a late review however, just shy of a year ago I purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership, George & Brittany made that process so easy and amazing, and are some of the nicest people you'll meet. Since then I have been coming back to get service done when required. Christine the Service Advisor is super kind, honest and informative. I absolutely love coming here as you are treated like family. I recommend anyone who wants to buy a vehicle and or get service done to come here. You will always leave here with a smile on your face! Thank you Georgetown Chrysler for your amazing staff and service!

PLEASE DONT GO THERE as they will not pickup your call if your vehicle have any problem. There only motive is to sell you a vehicle and later they don’t know you. This place has to be maintaine by someone else, my service provider was Christine which I guess no longer works there ripped me off from my pocket for a vehicle service and haven’t removed the engine light (which was my main concern) even I told them the code is coming up in my vehicle instead they charged me for engine recall. I had worst service experience from them and I bought my 2018 Ram 1500 ecodiesel from them.

The absolute best dealership to work with regarding servicing, Janice and the team are so honest and hardworking. I used to have the misconceptions that going to the dealer was bad news but the folks at GT Chrysler have changed my thinking !

Bought a jeep gladiator Mojave from here absolute nightmare from day one. From scratched windshield and having it replaced on a brand new vehicle at speedy glass they destroyed my new jeep dents and scratches all over the hood. After several weeks of back and forth I was compensated $1200 for the damages. After one year of owning the jeep the entire suspension failed under warranty all four shocks needed to be replaced which I wasn’t happy with so I traded it in and took a massive loss all in which the dealer did not care at all would never buy from here again very happy with my new vehicle but extremely upset that after spending so much money on a top trim gladiator that actually it was a piece of junk sold to me by this dealership. Don’t buy from here in ever. The only positive thing about this place is in service there is an elderly women named Janice she is amazing I wish the rest of the team were more like her
