Fast service and corteous staff. That said, I went in to finance a car and I had a significant amount for the down payment, but I was waiting on the payment for my old car and on the interest payment from my savings account since it was close to the end of the month. I explained that to Mitch (the salesman that was taling to me) and asked if I could do a later lump sum payment without changing the length of the loan, a late down payment of sorts. Mitch told me he's done that before, he just had to check which banks did that. He left the office to talk to the financial staff, came back ten minutes later and told me 3 banks could do that for me, and asked me how much I would pay immediately so they could prepare the car.
That was Wednesday, on Saturday I went back to pickup the car and sign the terms. That time I talked directly to their financial staff (Andrew) and while showing me the papers he assured me again that the final value of the loan and the bi-weekly payments would change as soon as I deposited that lump sum, telling me I should not worry about those values. I was told I would get a welcome package from the bank 2 weeks later and to use that to make the other payment. A month passed and I emailed Andrew stating that I received no welcome package, he provided me with my account number and the bank's phone number. I called them and requested to make that payment without changing the length of the loan, they told me that could not be done.
I immediately emailed Andrew asking why did they tell me that if the dealership told me different. I got no response for a week, then I emailed again asking if it was the bank that misinformed them or they were the ones telling me the wrong info. He did not answer. More than two weeks later, Mitch messages me asking for a favourable review on google and I told him what happened. He told me that the bank in fact did not offer that, but offered no solution to the problem they created. So I am writing this review to make sure they can't just make mistakes as big as these and get away with a "oopsie, sorry".
Editing this to add the branch manager offered me a set of carpets for the car, to compensate for a mistake that cost me an extra $200 on my monthly payments. Beyond absurd. I've currently paid an extra $1200 because of their dissimulation.

I was not informed that a pre-approval would require a hard credit inquiry, and when I found out that my credit had been affected, I reached out them asking for clarification. When they clarified, I provided feedback that perhaps they should make that more obvious. They responded unprofessionally and I’ve posted screenshots of the conversation below.

Great dealership for buying and/or selling your vehicles. I appreciate Jawad Paiwand for his values and respect for the customer. This dealership will provide you with a fair offer for your vehicle based on current market value, they aren’t greedy like most. If you want to avoid getting run over by your own vehicle driven by a thief during a private sale, I suggest you check these guys out first. They have a good selection of preowned vehicles as well. Fortunately, I have a car to use in the meantime, but I will certainly contact Jawad when I’m looking to buy again. Thanks again.

Had an EV6 with residual wiring issues; KIA coordinated with Uptown Collision & Alfredo in service took care of us, made sure our car got looked at the day after we dropped it off. Issues diagnosed same day as the morning we dropped it off; and repair work executed perfectly the next day. All in all a two day turnaround; honoured under an initial claim we’d filed earlier this year. Everything works perfectly now and we are extremely happy.

I was interested in a 2017 X3 diesel so I contacted the dealership to book an appointment the following day at 1:00pm. The sales associate was 20min late even though he started his shift at 1:00pm. I sat down with the sales associate and he took all my information down. When it came time to road test the vehicle, I was told the vehicle wasn’t even at the dealership and that it got sent out for repairs. So I wasted my time driving to Georgetown and was very disappointed I couldn’t even see the vehicle. I was then told I would be updated as to how the repairs were going. I emailed the sales manager expressing how dissatisfied I was. No response. And then weeks gone by and I noticed the listing wasn’t even available anymore. I understand mistakes happen and obviously there was some kind of miscommunication within the sales department but I was very unhappy how the situation was handled.

I purchased a 2024 Kia Forte. Right from the get-go Chadi was excellent. He was very down-to-earth and made the shopping and purchasing experience super enjoyable. I could tell he truly wanted to give me the best customer experience and showed me utmost respect. He was informative and thorough especially when picking up the vehicle and doing the checklist. This five star review is dedicated to Chadi.
As a first time buyer of a new car, dealerships can be tricky to navigate. This one was no exception. Andrew and management at Georgetown Kia did a great job handling my inquires once prompted. I hope they go forward with an honourable approach towards business by continuing to value the customer and respecting the legislation put in place to protect the consumer.
