It is nice to get an honest answer when you go to a garage and that is what you get when you go to HHR Tire and Auto in Georgetown. I've been going here for years and will continue. Their prices for tires are competitive with other shops but at HHR you get great prices on car repairs. They do not replace items until your problem goes away, all at your cost. They only replace what needs to be replaced and if the part can be fixed, they will do that to help save you money. Keep up the great work HHR.

I have had many car problems with various cars in the past and recently with my Chevy Cruze. I love that I have a mechanic I can trust as a woman, I know I’m getting a fair price for optimal work. They always do everything they can to solve a problem. 10/10 recommend John and his team! I’ll be seeing you guys soon lol

John recommended that my work truck front end noise was from the tires on my truck not a suspension or wheel bearing issue as I thought it might be.
He installed four new tires for me and it’s like my 10 year old truck is new again.
It’s actually enjoyable to drive again.

HHR fixed an issue I had for 18 months that my regular mechanic could not solve. They are easy to deal with and they do not gouge you or rip you off. There is a reason they have been doing business in Georgetown for so long. They have earned a lifelong customer.

They used to be good but not anymore. First of all, they don't explain what's the real problem and then they don't give the best advice. They always give the expensive solution. Second, and most importantly, those two men at the front desk have no idea of the ethical way to speak to their clients. The way they speak is offensive, aggressive and sometimes rude. They use lots of inappropriate words. This is impolite in front of customers especially ladies who might be waiting there.
I know that many of local people go there and been going there for good time and I think it's because there are not many options in Georgetown but I don't think that this place is a good auto service.

If you need your car repaired, don’t hesitate to come to this shop. You can count on professionalism, quick service and great cost for the repair.
