I would call this Georgetown Metro ,Miserable Metro, you say good morning to the staff ,no reply ,you say thank you when they hand you your receipt no reply ,if you don't like your job you shouldn't deal with the public,I also went the same day for a special that was advertised, ground pork, not one tray of ground pork anywhere and the store is very expensive, goodbye Metro until you get better staff

My go to grocery store. Always friendly and helpful staff. The Starbucks is convenient inside. The bakery staff especially nice. Also always pleased with the quality of produce.

I just stood in the express line(8 items or less) behind a guy who's bill was $96!!!!! He had no less than 20 items! I'm mad at him for having the nerve to do that and more mad at the cashier who didn't say a word and let him go through the EXPRESS line! Not cool Metro Georgetown South!

I bought 1 small prime rib roast last Monday and had to drive back for another on Tuesday because they had run out of stock. They were on for $6.99/lb and I cut them into steaks and froze them for later. On Wednesday I realized that the Guelph store had them on sale for $5.99/lb. Today while in Georgetown, I dropped into the Metro and spoke with, Dan, the manager who gave me some stupid reasons like there's a new Walmart that they have to compete with which is not true as it's been there almost 10 years, then he talked about the new Costco which is miles from the Metro. When he ran out lame excuses, he said that he couldn't do anything about it and to call customer care in Montreal. Metro is already completely overpriced. To have such huge differences between stores is crazy. I really feel that I was ripped off and I will shop elsewhere
