We're Seniors. We had medical appointments today. We arrived at Metro Georgetown exhausted. We received amazing assistance at the Deli counter. Also, how thankful we were to meet such a delightful, helpful person named Shelby at checkout. She lifted our spirits with her friendly, positive attitude. Thank you Metro for hiring such quality staff!

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Metro today with my family. While attempting to cash out via self checkout, the associate, who was standing on the other side came next to family to check on us to confirm if are paying or not. If Metro management is sooo concerned if customers not pay via self check out then they should replace to old fashioned cashier system. Also not sure if this is part of a racist discrimination as we are skin of color. I urge to address this incident and provide better training for your staff as the customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. This is not the only place in the town to get grocery.

This Metro offers hot food deals pretty often. I encourage you to go check it and look around the hot food section for the small postings of their deals. If you don't look properly, you'll miss it.

Store is not laid out well. The flow is not good, for example pop is in two different aisles but not with chips. Theres a tiny International section which is pitiful for a multicultural society. The fresh produce is sub par majority of the time and overall this store is just not great. A reorganization of the aisles and where items are placed would make for a much better shopping experience.
