“I went to Mr. Loop to get a light changed and I had the wrong size bulbs and I’ve been to go to a certain place that ends in tires to get the bulb in the oven sending me with the wrong bulb and the owner Marco was amazing. He never got frustrated. Anything he even wrote down the number I needed of the like the code I couldn’t expect better service and I will always go back to them and if you need any help with anything going as for Marcos he was teaching his crew had to change the lightbulb explaining to me why it wasn’t working and after two tries he wasn’t given up. It was a long weekend and he got it done. he saved my life. I think him and all his team I will be going back there for everything.”
“My daughter went in for an oil change and left 5 minutes later with a 250$ bill. 60k and it says high mileage semi synthetic 95$ kleenflo engine flush 29.99$ and a fuel service maintenance for 89.99$ that she absolutely had to have done. I went back and complained so they refunded the full amount plus added discount cards. The people are good people but the drive to make money has them trying to upsell, I’m no expert so I don’t know what is actually needed but I believe they are trying to do their best for the customer so I’m giving a good review based on that.”
