I went here with an 82 year old friend who was looking for a simple flip phone.
Kim was awesome at explaining how the phone worked. She had him make calls, enter phone numbers and try receiving and making calls.
I wish there were more than 5 stars for the way you made him feel.

Extremely disappointing experience. My son brought in his hard drive in early September and was told the data could be recovered and transferred to a new drive. He paid almost $50 upfront and was assured the repair was in progress for weeks.
Then, after more than a month of waiting, he was suddenly told the drive was “unfixable” and simply handed it back — no explanation, no communication, and no results.
If the repair wasn’t possible, that should have been made clear from the start. Taking payment, giving false assurances, and returning the same broken device weeks later is unacceptable.

Very disappointed with the service. I have given my laptop for repair. Owner has kept the laptop for 20 days without any update. Called more than 15 times and visited multiple times to even get back my laptop. Also, laptop returned with broken screws. Really disappointed. 😔
