Self checkout was so filthy that couple beside me also didn’t want to touch anything. I mentioned it to customer service where staff were chatting and got “too busy to clean”.

Quality of the fresh fruit and Vegetables sucks, and now at the over priced and massive profits this place takes in. We can even get the snow cleared so we can drive in and out or move carts around. This place sucks!!!

Worst superstore to deliver to, workers does not receive after 7.30 and night crew comes at 11 not like other superstores where its 10. Pm. Normal unloading times at night 4-6 hours

I have been shopping at this store for 20 years, now it is dirty, the produce is horrible and the shelves are half empty year round. I never see the old management teams - just very young people running the show. I go there for PC products and price matches only. They need to do better considering how expensive they are.

Produce is usually soggy, with very little organic produce available. I often find expired food, Especially in the health food diary section. shopping carts are in terrible condition- heavy with wheels that are constantly stuck. On the positive, staff are super friendly, but that’s about all this location has going for itself.

Nov. 08, at 7:50 am I had a few items to check out, two cashiers were busy as usual, I went to self-checkout, I was the only customer there, I am senior and forgot my reading glasses in the car, I asked the lady in charge to help me punch in the code, she said you do it, I asked three times explaining to her I am unable to read the code because I have no glasses with me she refused then I said ok you read it for me and I will punch it in, she refused, I said why you are here in an angry tone, then I went to cashier and waited 14 minutes for check out, a supervisor approached me accusing me raising my voice and throwing items on the employee. I am telling superstore's management what happened is immoral, this grocery store is the worst grocery store in town if not the province, terrible practices, employees at self-checkouts are awful, Liars, racist, terrible service, incompetent I'd give zero stars and tell everyone to never shop here. Stay away. I am asking the store management to look into the store camera to see the bad behavior of self-checkout employee on the floor and her supervisor.

Purchased a pre-made salad for lunch today and after eating quite a bit I noticed something moving. Appetite ruined. Brought back to store and the purchase was refunded no questions asked and I really appreciated the customer service but I won't be buying pre-made salads here any longer. 🤢

I love my superstore for its cleanliness and organization. The shelves are always neat and tidy,. However I was there Friday morning at 11 am . Ready to check out..No I did not use the self serve. I like the human interaction. I note that the express had a younger cashier and the other 2 cashiers were of an older demographic. I too am above and beyond the age of 65 and have been a cashier in a previous life. I know from experience that busy times can fluster us easier than the less busy times. So my point is ,the cashier got flustered during our interaction and I total it took 15 minutes to get out of the check out. I also note most of the people in my line were past 50 . My point is ..I think we have to be a little more mindful of the strengths and weaknesses we possess as we age. Ie patience,frustration levels and ability to learn (what to the older population) is new technology at the check out. I hope you don’t loose customers because of this!

CONSTANTLY out of 1% filtered milk. Always a line up of people trying to find someone to check in the back. Like guys…ORDER MORE. INCREASE YOUR SHELF SPACE!

I get it people steal, don’t scan all their stuff etc but…. The exact same lady (looked younger than me, I’m in my mid 20’s) that saw me self checking out ALL my items/scanning them, saw me leaving & began to question me like I was stealing from them. I had bags filled with grocery’s…. Come on. If I didn’t have my receipt in my purse, she probably would’ve gotten me charged from accusing me of stealing from there. When I tell you she literally watched me scan everything & then at the front demanded my receipt for no reason, I mean it. Like I said above, I get it people steal, don’t scan, what have you, but I always have scanned & always will. This really bothered me how rude she was & how she just assumed I did something when I would never do that.

Tell me how this incompetent business that forgets HALF of my order takes WEEKS to refund for missing items. It's almost impressive how the incompetence goes from the parent company all the way down to the lowly employees. I haven't had one stage of one order that has gone smoothly. It's incredible. I'd give zero stars and tell you to never shop here if it made a difference. Stay away. Overpriced, awful service. They seem to have no process for online ordering. Perhaps check the list of food I ordered and check off the things as you pack them. I know, an amazing idea I'd be the best employee by far. But no, let's not. Just give me 40% of what I order and hope I don't notice.
