I had a small piece of trim to be installed that was in a difficult position .They took time out of their busy day to fix it for me because I was a walk in customer. Very impressed will deal with them in the future.

I was involved in a car accident in November and had my vehicle towed to Georgetown VW who moved it to Riteway/Pro Colour for the repairs. From the beginning, John was upfront and honest with me in regards to the repairs was very helpful with dealing with my joke of an insurance company. He earned my trust right away and helped me steer through this stressful situation with the repairs my insurance company wanted compared to what John found which was a lot more extensive than the insurance company found
In the end, with John’s help, I got my car back and got back in the condition that the accident didn’t even happen. Yes it took time but blame COVID and insurance companies
To find an honest mechanic such as John these days is rare and I simply can’t thank him enough for his help and the work his team put in to complete this repair
I definitely will be back again if / when I need future work done on my cars

A++++ service, which is very hard to find these days. Communicate well, and do excellent work.While my rear quarter panel was being replaced I got a small door dent, which I noticed when picking up. Riteway was very sympathetic even tho they said they “took note” of it when receiving the vehicle. They did the right thing and some way, some how fixed the door dent for me! Can’t even tell it was there!Amazing customer service I can’t say enough about RITEWAY. Real professionals

The trunk of my car was damaged by a faulty bike rack that caused the trunk to make a loud popping sound every time it opened. They were able to fix the trunk so it opens smoothly and no sound anymore! They did it in under 20 minutes and the trunk works perfectly fine now. Great service!Service: Body & Trim

I was recently involved in a fender bender. Growing up in Georgetown, I like to support local businesses. I checked out a few different auto body shops and decided to give these guys a chance. The manager John was up front, honest and extremely knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies. He explained everything from what it was I needed to do to actually start my claim, to what would happen after the claim started, to how and what is involved in fixing my car. He took care of the rental agency for my rental, ensured my car was actually safe to drive and did everything in a timely way.I'd give this recommendation a 6 star rating but 5 is a high as it goes. Highly recommend checking them out.Services: General repairs & maintenance

They did a great job fixing my bumper. Price was very fair and they had my van back next day. They even cleaned my floor mats and wiped down my dash and windows. Jon is a great person to deal with. I highly recommend this autobody shop!

My car was brought here under vw’s corrosion warranty for no more than a little rust bubble. The paint work was not bad but the car had runs left behind in the door jams, both paint and clear coat which I didn’t notice until much later.Furthermore my sisters car went in for corrosion warranty as well, also a vw. It took multiple weeks to complete and had to be brought back four times for issues upon repair. The last attempt was actually handled at vw directly just so they didn’t have to send it back here a fifth time.I wouldn’t suggest going here, if you’re here to see the reviews based on Georgetown vw sending cars here for corrosion warranty I’d try another Volkswagen dealer that deals with another body shop.Services: Painting

Awesome Body Shop! We were referred by Georgetown VW to repair a minor rear bumper scuff on our 3 y/o GTi. Jon at Riteway gave us a quote that came in slightly less than another (premium) body shop we've worked with in the past. Jon's team at Riteway had the car fixed in 3 days, and the car looks fantastic; great paint match, and a clear coat texture that matches the standard VW orange peel :pDefinitely recommend you visit them for any paint repair you need; professional, timely and courteous staff, and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.Services: Painting
