I am a Fido customer who was in need of customer service and the only customer service they offer is by a phone call that you need to make an appointment for which and it takes at least 24 hours to get a call back and I had to do this 3 separate times times and wasted over 3 hours of my life talking to people who had no idea what they were doing and were just continually jerking me around and not helping me with the problem at all I would advise to never use Fido!! I finally went into the Rogers store because they are affiliated with Fido and Nicolas took great care of me and had my problems solved within minutes and his Manager Meldon called the next day and made sure all my concerns were dealt with they both went above and beyond and it took no time at all for them to deal with the concerns if you need anything that they can help you with they are the people to go see!!

I had the pleasure to deal with Uptown Wireless in Georgetown after looking to switch my Home Internet to Rogers. I got to meet Weda, who took the time to explain all the details of my new plan in order to take the right decision. She was dedicated and professional when it came to assist and answer my questions. She also gave me the opportunity to deal with her via Video Call to provide my IDs to validate my identity and close the agreement. This way I didn’t have to send a copy of my IDs to validate my identity, which is always something concerning when you do it via email (you don’t want a copy of your credit card and/or Driver License in someone else’s computer).
I highly recommend to deal with this Rogers dealer and especially with Weda, if you want to feel listened, served, and comfortable. Weda is a welcoming person who works hard to maximize the customer service experience.

I recently visited this store and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Weda. Her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout my visit. Instead of assisting me, she seemed unwilling to help and showed little interest in providing proper customer service.
What stood out even more was her behavior toward her colleagues—she was shouting at them in front of customers, which created a very uncomfortable environment. This level of rudeness is unacceptable in a customer-facing role and reflects poorly on the store’s atmosphere.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure that staff maintain professionalism and treat both customers and coworkers with respect.

I’ve been in this Rogers store in Georgetown mall co of a few issues & had Weda, one of the staff helping me. She is very helpful, patient, kind & reliable & highly recommend their excellent service to anyone who needs help with any wireless or residential needs. Weda is super helpful.

Answered my question, but when he asked a question to his fellow staff member they spoke in their own language. Extremely rude in an English speaking Country. Never in front of customers. Do better!
