Amrit the assistant manager at Roger’s Georgetown was a big help with upgrading my very old iPhone. There were glitches with my attempt at trying to get a new phone, and he sorted out the problem and gave me rebates towards my new phone because of the hassle I went through. He was professional, patient and very sincere. He helped my daughter with her phone as well. Thank you Amrit for all your help!!!

Thank you Weda and Amrit for making my experience so smooth. They both are really sweet and helpful… just because of them, i received my phone in a very short span of time and that too at the time of holidays.Thank you both of you for the help, highly recommend this store… just because of the people working there. The assistant manager (I forgot to ask for his name) was very helpful and patient for over an hour while we went over my new plan and set up my new phone. I always worry about payment and plan transparency at phone providers, but he answered all my questions to give me clarity about what I was buying and signing up for. Overall a pleasant experience!

Telus Saturday12 pm: “you must come in and get the Black Friday deal TODAY”Telus same day 2pm: “I’m sorry sir, the system is overloaded, please air until it’s back up”Telus 4 pm: “sir pls come back tomorrow and we’ll set you all up”Next dayTelus Sunday 12pm: “sir we’ll have this right up for you”Telus 1 pm: “not sure what’s happening here, it’s going to take a while”2 pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm: “sir we’re not sure t what the problem is…”Telus 6pm: “sir we’ve finically uploaded you phone and all documents”WHY DOES IT TAKE 2 DAYS FOR A PHONE SALE AND LOAD UP.Don’t insist people come and get a phone if you can’t fulfill the service in a timely manor!Do better. This is crazy. A whole weekend to load up a new phone I’m paying you for. And thanks for letting me know there is nothing you can do! Why not!Just thought others should know that it can take that long, and much frustration to hook up a phone. Really??? 2 days?

Went in there last week because my husband's phone was done for and wanted to to upgrade both our phones. Nothing fany or too expensive. I explained I am fine with two cheaper models I saw online. They said they didn't have them. I said okay well just give us whatever we arent picky as long as its android samsung. He says your best bet is to go online and they dont have many phones to purchase in store. He did not seem knowledgeable at all and said he will tell the manager to order the phones in for us. Yeah I am doubting that happened. Whatever happened to needing a phone and going to purchase one same day. Not this waiting nonesense. The employee was very young and there was a security gaurd posted outside the store. Maybe if they actually had decent staff customer's wouldnt get upset and there wouldn't be a need for security.

If i could give less of a review i would quite frankly. for a bit over 4 hours i was kept in this store going back and forth over and over again. I went in to get a phone, i was originally told the phone was a certain price and it came with a tablet, sounded like a good deal so decided to purchase. Until i was told at the last second that the phone is actually 120 more expensive than previously mentioned and if i wanted to get it at that price i would have to call customer support (this was after about an hour and a half to two hours) customer support told me that this deal wasn't a thing period. went back into the store to talk again talked with higher ups talked with all employees and just decided alright ill pay the extra 120 no problem. then at the very end of this transaction after 4 hours of being there i get told the tablet isnt in the deal anymore either and must have been changed. 4 hours of my life down the drain that i cant get back, i wanted to get a phone, move on with my day and continue. Let my experience be a warning to any future rogers customers, don't shop here, dont buy here, you will be scammed, and your time will be wasted.

Amrit made the upgrade to my new phone a smooth well communicated process. He let us know it will take some time transferring old phone to new. Talked to us about new products and promotions. Provided us with his contact information at the touch of an icon. We have been clients for over 20+ years and the service we received from Amritpal Singh just answered the reason why we continue to stay with Rogers.If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
